Ադրբեջանը Ֆրանսիայի հետ սկսում է, իրենց ձևակերպմամբ, նոր տնտեսական մեգանախագիծ։ Այս մասին գրել է Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը:
«Total Energies-ի հետ Ապշերոն հանքավայրում գազավերամշակման նոր համակարգ են կառուցում։ Հիշեցման կարգով. սա այն Ֆրանսիան է, որը մեզ պետք է գա փրկի, բայց թե հանուն ինչի, ումից և ինչպես, հարցերը սովորաբար լսարանին չեն ասում։
Ադրբեջանը մտադիր է իրականացնել, իրենց ձևակերպմամբ, խոշորագույն գործարք՝ ձեռք բերելով մինչև 40 JF-17 Thunder նորագույն կործանիչներ՝ պակիստանաչինական արտադրության։
Ինչո՞վ ենք զբաղված մենք, ընդհանրապես ո՞վ ենք մենք։ Քեռակին ենք խաղացնում։ Ինձ իշխանությունը չի հետաքրքրում, այստեղ ամեն ինչ պարզ է, նույնիսկ չի հետաքրքրում իշխանությանը հարող այն տեսակը, որը պաշտոնի կամ այլ բանի համար պատրաստ է որպես մարդ վերանալ ու պաշտպանել ամեն գռեհկություն։
Ինձ մտահոգում է այն, որ բոլորս արձանագրելով, որ այս իշխանության վարկանիշը պատմական նվազագույնի է, չենք կարողանում ստեղծել լուրջ համակարգեր՝ սահուն փոփոխությունների համար։
Եթե չանենք սահուն փոփոխություններ (հանուն Հայաստանի, ոչ թե հանուն պաշտոնների), մենք բոլորս ականատեսն ենք լինելու մեծ աղետի։ Աղետ, որ մենք ենք մեր ձեռքով սարքում. Ադրբեջանը, Թուրքիան, Ֆրանսիան, Ռուսաստանը և այլոք ոչ մի կապ չունեն։
Այո, պետք է գնալ վերկուսակցական միավորներ, աշխատանքային համակարգեր ստեղծելու ճանապարհով։ Պետք է կարողանանք մի անգամ ինքներս մեզնից վեր կանգնել, մի քիչ հեռու նայել։ Ո՞վ է մեր դաշնակիցը. պետական մտածողություն ունեցող յուրաքանչյուրը։ Շքախմբային, լիդեր սպասարկող, մանդատի հաշվարկը մտքներում պահած. այս մտածելակերպը պետք է դադարեցնել։
Պետք է դադարեցնել նաև պատերազմները հակաիշխանական համակարգերում։ Դա հանրությանը շատ վատ տրամադրություններ է տալիս։ Պետք է սկսել հարցադրումները ճիշտ դնել։ Պետք է սկսել ճիշտ խոսել սեփական հասարակության հետ։ Իշխանության դեմ խոսելը դեռևս խելքի, փորձի և պարկեշտության երաշխիք չէ։ Հայաստանի միակ շանսը սոլիդ իշխանություն ձևավորելն է, բայց դրա համար հիմիկվանից է պետք (երեկվանից) սոլիդ աշխատել»,-գրել է նա։
