Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին առաջին անգամ արձագանքել է Ռուսաստանի փոխանցած հուշագրին, որն Ուկրաինային էր հանձնվել հունիսի 2-ին Ստամբուլում կայացած բանակցությունների ժամանակ։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է Censor.NET-ը, պետության ղեկավարն այս մասին հայտարարել է ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ։
«Սա վերջնագիր է, և ո՛չ ուկրաինական կողմը, ո՛չ էլ որևէ մեկն այն լուրջ չի ընդունի, քանի որ դրանում վերջնագիր կա։ Այսինքն՝ այս հուշագիրը թյուրիմացություն է», - ընդգծել է Զելենսկին:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինան իր կազմած հուշագիրը Մոսկվա է ուղարկել երկու լեզվով՝ ուկրաիներեն և անգլերեն։ Սակայն Կրեմլից ստացված հուշագիր միայն ռուսերենով է եղել։ Զելենսկին նշել է, որ այսօրվա դրությամբ Ուկրաինան Ռուսաստանից պատասխան չի ստացել հրադադարի մասին փաստաթղթի վերաբերյալ, որը Կիևը Մոսկվային էր փոխանցել բանակցություններից առաջ։
Պետության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ ռուսական հուշագրի առաջին կետը «վերջնագիր» է, քանի որ ռուսները պահանջում են բոլոր օկուպացված տարածքների միջազգային ճանաչում և զորքերի դուրսբերում դրանցից։
«Սա անկասկած հակասում է ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությանը, հակասում է առողջ բանականությանը և Ուկրաինայի Սահմանադրությանը։ Ի դեպ, նրանք գիտեն դրա մասին։ Սա Պուտինի համար այս պատերազմի համար ամենամեծ պարգևի պահանջ է», - ընդգծել է Զելենսկին:
Զելենսկին նաև մեկնաբանել է ռուսական հուշագրի երկրորդ կետը՝ չեզոքությունը և ռազմական միավորումներին, մասնավորապես՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ին չմիանալու պահանջը։ Ուկրաինայի նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանը հարձակվել է Ուկրաինայի վրա 2014 թվականին, երբ Կիևն ուներ «արտադաշինքային կարգավիճակ»։
«Այսինքն՝ նրանք սկսել են մեզ գրավել այն ժամանակ, երբ մենք ունեինք չեզոք կարգավիճակ։ Կրկին, այսինքն՝ այստեղ խոսելու բան չկա», - հավելել է պետության ղեկավարը։
