Մենք՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ արտադրողներս, դիմում ենք միջազգային համապատասխան կառույցներին և հանրությանը՝ շտապ գնահատելու Վրաստանի Հանրապետության մաքսային տարածքով հայկական ապրանքների տարանցման հետ կապված լարված իրավիճակը։ Ավելի քան մեկ ամիս է, ինչ Վրաստանի տարածքով երրորդ երկրներ տարանցիկ ապրանքներ տեղափոխող հայաստանյան տրանսպորտային միջոցները կանգնեցվում են` Առևտրի համաշխարհային կազմակերպության և տարանցիկ փոխադրումների միջազգային կանոնակարգերի ակնհայտ խախտմամբ վերահասցեագրվելով դեպի Գեզի տերմինալ։ Այստեղ կոտրվում են մաքսային կնիքները՝ առանց որևէ հիմնավորման, վերցվում են նմուշներ՝ առանց համապատասխան փաստաթղթերի, իսկ դրանց լաբորատոր պատասխանների օրերով ուշացումների վերաբերյալ չի տրամադրվում որևէ բացատրություն։ Արդյունքում, արտահանողներին թույլ չի տրվում իրենց բեռները հասցնել երրորոդ երկրների հասցեատերերին։

Ներկայումս վրացական Գեզի տերմինալում պահվում են բեռնված տասնյակ տարանցիկ տրանսպորտային միջոցներ, որոնցից մի քանիսն այնտեղ են գտնվում արդեն ավելի քան մեկ ամիս։ Այսպիսով, վրացական կողմը, խախտելով առևտրի միջազգայնորեն ընդունված չափանիշները, զգալի նյութական վնասներ է պատճառում Հայաստանի արտադրողներին, վերջիններս չեն կարողանում կատարել երրորդ կողմի մոտ ստանձնած պայմանագրային պարտավորությունները, առաջանում է առկա շուկաները կորցնելու և ոլորտի հետագա զարգացման կասեցման վտանգ։

Մենք դիմում ենք միջազգային կազմակերպություններին և մեր արտասահմանյան գործընկերներին՝ հորդորելով իրենց ազդել Վրաստանի իշխանությունների վրա՝ դադարեցնելու այս չհիմնավորված շրջափակումը և վերացնելու բոլոր այն արհեստական արգելքները, որոնք խոչընդոտում են ապրանքների ազատ տարանցումը երկրի տարածքով։
