Քիսինջերը կոչ Է արել ԱՄՆ-ի եւ ՌԴ-ի հարաբերությունների նոր «ռազմավարական հայեցակարգ» մշակել

ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին պետքարտուղար Հենրի Քիսինջերը կոչ Է արել մշակել «ռուս-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների նոր ռազմավարական հայեցակարգ, որի շրջանակներում հնարավոր կլիներ կարգավորել վիճահարույց հարցերը»: Այս առաջարկը տեղ Է գտել այն մեկնաբանության մեջ, որը նա փետրվարի 4-ին The National Interest վաշինգտոնյան ցանցային հրատարակությունում հրապարակել Է Մոսկվա իր այցի ավարտից հետո, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին:
Քիսինջերն արձանագրում Է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ռուսաստանի երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ներկա վիճակը «հավանաբար վատագույնն Է սառը պատերազմի ժամանակներից ի վեր», որ «փոխադարձ վստահությունը երկուստեք վերացել Է», եւ «առճակատումը փոխարինել Է համագործակցությանը»: Դեռ ավելին՝ երկու երկրներում «մեկնաբաններից շատերը» ելնում են այն բանից, որ Ամերիկայի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ «նոր սառը պատերազմ Է սկսվել», գրում Է Քիսինջերը:
«Երկու երկրների երկարաժամկետ շահերը պահանջում են այնպիսի աշխարհակարգ, որտեղ ներկայիս ցնցումներն ու փոփոխականությունը փոխակերպվեն նոր հավասարակշռության, որը կլինի ավելի բազմաբեւեռ ու գլոբալացված»,-հավելել Է լեգենդար քաղաքական գործիչն ու քաղաքագետը:
