ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում պարզվել է երեկ՝ հունիսի 2-ին, Երևանի Մանանդյան փողոցում հնչած կրակոցների հետևանքով հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված վիրավորների ինքնությունը։ 

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարզվել է, որ նրանք են Երևանի բնակիչներ 20-ամյա Կարպիս Ֆոդուլյանն ու 21-ամյա Գոռ Խաչատրյանը։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ քննիչներն ու ոստիկանները պարզել են նաև դեպքի որոշ հանգամանքներ։

Այս պահին, նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով, որոշ մանրամասներ չենք հրապարակում։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, հունիսի 2-ին կրակոցներ էին հնչել Երևանում։ Ժամը 20:10-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում, Երևանի քրեական վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Շենգավիթի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Մանանդյան 29 շենքի բակում կրակոցներ են հնչել։

 Ժամանել էին քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության պետի տեղակալներ Արմեն Պետրոսյանը, Վահե Մուշեղյանը, ծանր հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության պետ Մամիկոն Հակոբյանը, Երևանի քրեական ոստիկանության պետ Հայկ Հարությունյանն ու ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին պետ Արթուր Մկրտչյանը։

Ժամանել էին նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 3-րդ գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գնդի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Իսախանյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատար Արմեն Գասպարյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Սուրեն Ալեքսանյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկանները նշված շենքի փողոցային հատվածում հայտնաբերել էին 2 չկրակված, մոտ 5 կրակված պարկուճներ, կրակված պարկուճի գնդակ և արնանման հետքեր։

Տարածքը սահմանազատել էին պարեկները։

Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել էին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժին։

Տեղում պարզվել էր, որ 2 հոգի հրազենային վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն։
