Հայաստանի ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ արտադրողները կոչով դիմել են պետական և միջազգային կառույցներին

Հայաստանի արդյունաբերողների և գործարանի միությունից հայտնում են․
«Վերջին շրջանում բազմաթիվ ահազանգեր ենք ստանում ոգելիչ խմիչք արտադրող ընկերություններից, արտահանողներից, բեռնափոխադրողներից, որոնք իրենց դժգահությունն ու մտահոգությունն են հայտնում հայ–վրացական սամանին տիրող իրավիճակից։ Ըստ էության, վրացական կողմն անհիմն խոչընդոտում է հայկական արտադրության ալկոլհոլային խմիչքների տարանցիկ փոխադրումները երրորդ երկրներ՝ չտալով որևէ հիմնավոր բացատրություն։ Խնդիրը դարձել է դժգոհությունների և բուռն քննարկումների առարկա։
Խնդրի առնչությամբ Հայաստանի ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ արտադրող մեկ տասնյակից ավելի ընկերություններ գրավոր դիմել են պետական մարմիններին, միջազգային համապատասխան կառույցներին և հանրությանը՝ շտապ գնահատելու Վրաստանի Հանրապետության մաքսային տարածքով հայկական ապրանքների տարանցման հետ կապված լարված իրավիճակը։
Դիմումում մասնավորապես նշվում է, որ ավելի քան մեկ ամիս է, ինչ Առևտրի համաշխարհային կազմակերպության և տարանցիկ փոխադրումների միջազգային կանոնակարգերի ակնհայտ խախտմամբ, Վրաստանի տարածքով երրորդ երկրներ տարանցիկ ապրանքներ տեղափոխող հայաստանյան տրանսպորտային միջոցները կանգնեցվում են՝ վերահասցեագրվելով դեպի Գեզի տերմինալ։ Այստեղ առանց որևէ հիմնավորման մաքսային կնիքները կոտրվում են, առանց համապատասխան փաստաթղթերի նմուշներ վերցվում, իսկ դրանց լաբորատոր պատասխանների օրերով ուշացումների վերաբերյալ որևէ բացատրություն չի տրամադրվում։ Արդյունքում, արտահանողներին թույլ չի տրվում իրենց բեռները հասցնել երրորոդ երկրների հասցեատերերին։
Ներկայումս վրացական Գեզի տերմինալում պահվում են բեռնված տասնյակ տարանցիկ տրանսպորտային միջոցներ, որոնցից մի քանիսն՝արդեն ավելի քան մեկ ամիս։ Այսպիսով, վրացական կողմը խախտելով առևտրի միջազգայնորեն ընդունված չափանիշները՝ զգալի նյութական վնասներ է պատճառում Հայաստանի արտադրողներին, վերջիններս չեն կարողանում կատարել երրորդ կողմի մոտ ստանձնած պայմանագրային պարտավորությունները, առաջանում է առկա շուկաները կորցնելու և ոլորտի հետագա զարգացման կասեցման վտանգ։
«Մենք դիմում ենք միջազգային կառույցներին և արտերկրի մեր գործընկերներին՝ կոչ անել Վրաստանի կառավարությանը դադարեցնել այս կամայական շրջափակումը և վերացնել իր տարածքով տարանցիկ ապրանքների տեղաշարժը խոչընդոտող սահմանափակումները»,– ասված է դիմումում։
Դումումն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողով, ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի և արտաքին գործերի նախարարություններ, Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկ, ՄԱԿ, Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկ, Առևտրի համաշխարհային կազմակերպություն, ՀՀ–ում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեսպանատուն։
Համատեղ դիմումը ստորագրել են՝ Արարատի գինու գործարան, Գինու–կոնյակի տուն «Շահնազարյան», Ալկո Ալյանս, Վան777, «Արագած» գինու կոնյակի գործարան, Արկոն Թրեյդ, Աբովյանի կոնյակի գործարան, Սամկոն, Պռոշյանի կոնյակի գործարան, Նացիոնալ ալկո ընկերությունները»։
