Գերման Ստերլինգովը РЕН ТВ-ին տված բացառիկ հարցազրույցում պատմել է, թե ինչու է հեռացել Ռուսաստանից:

«Ես կասեմ ձեզ մի պարզ, հստակ ճշմարտություն, որը շատերին կարող է դուր չգալ, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, դա ավելի լավ է, քան այն երևակայությունները, որոնք պատմում են իմ և իմ ընտանիքի մասին»:

Գործարարը նշել է, թե ինչքան զարմանալի է այն տեղը, որտեղ նա որոշել է տեղափոխվել:

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը սքանչելի վայր է, որտեղ հիանալի մարդիկ են ապրում: Եվ երջանիկ են այն հայերը, որոնք նման հայրենիք ունեն, նման պատմություն, նման գեղեցկություն: Ես շրջել եմ աշխարհով մեկ և նման վայր չեմ տեսել ոչ մի տեղ: Նման բարեբեր հող և որ ամենակարևորն է, նման մարդկային հարաբերություններ՝ բարի և սրտաբաց: Այստեղ առհասարակ ագրեսիա չկա»,- ասել է նա:

Ընդ որում, Ստերլիգովը դիմել է նաև ՌԴ քաղաքացիներին. «Եթե հիմա ինձ դիտում են ռուսաստանցիները, ձեզ դա անհնար է բացատրել: Ոչ միայն հյուրերին, քանի որ ինձ լավ են վերաբերվում որպես հյուրի, այլև միմյանց նրանք հիանալի են վերաբերվում: Դա հասկանալու համար պետք է լինեք այստեղ:

Ես երջանիկ եմ, որ այստեղ եմ բերել իմ երեխաներին, քանի որ ես նրանց պատմել եմ, թե տեսականում ինչպես պետք է մարդիկ վերաբերվեն միմյանց, քանի որ, ցավոք սրտի, ժամանակակից Ռուսաստանում իրականում դա տեսնել հնարավոր չէ: Իսկ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում դա կա: Այստեղ նրանք կարող են դա տեսնել: Սա շատ կարևոր դաս է նրանց համար»:

Ամփոփելով իր խոսքը՝ ռուս գործարարը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է, թե որքան է հիացած այն վայրով, որտեղ նա հիմա գտնվում է. «Այնպես որ, եկե՛ք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ, որպեսզի հասկանաք, թե ինչի մասին եմ ես խոսում: Սա յուրահատուկ վայր է աշխարհում: Սա հնագույն մարդկային հարաբերությունների աղբյուր է, որը պահպանել է հայ ժողովուրդը»:
