Ոստիկանապետին ազատեցին՝ հաշվի չառնելով նրա մատուցած ծառայությունները Փաշինյանին

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ պաշտոնանկ արեց ոստիկանության պետի պաշտոնում 2 տարուց ավելի աշխատած գեներալ-մայոր Արամ Հովհաննիսյանին։ Ընդ որում, նախ մամուլը գրեց, որ Փաշինյանն անձամբ է պահանջել Հովհաննիսյանի հրաժարականը։ Ապա և ոստիկանությունից հայտնեցին, թե Արամ Հովհաննիսյանն ազատման դիմում է գրել՝ թոշակի անցնելու կապակցությամբ։
58-ամյա Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը 35 տարի ոստիկանության համակարգում է, և ըստ օրենքի կարող էր գնալ թոշակի, մինչդեռ որևէ դեպք չէր փաստում, որ իշխանությունը նրանից դժգոհություններ ունի։ Թե ինչու է Փաշինյանը զայրացել Արամ Հովհաննիսյանի վրա, կարելի է տարբեր եզրակացություններ անել, առավել ևս, որ արդեն պաշտոնաթող ոստիկանապետը Փաշինյանին բավականին լավ ծառայություններ է մատուցել, այդ թվում՝ ընդդիմախոսների նկատմամբ ուժ կիրառելու, ձերբակալությունների, հետապնդումների, ապօրինությունների մասով։ Փաստացի հենց նա էր ղեկավարում ոստիկանության հատուկ գործողությունը, երբ գրեթե 100 մարդիկ վիրավորվեցին Դեմիրճյան-Բաղրամյան խաչմերուկում, անցած տարի ընդդիմության հավաքների ժամանակ։
Արդեն իսկ ակնհայտ է, որ նոր ոստիկանապետ կլինի Լոռու մարզպետ Արամ Ղազարյանը։ Վերջինս կադրային ոստիկան է և միայն մի քանի տարի առաջ էր ազատվել ոստիկանությունից, որպեսզի զբաղեցնի մարզպետի պաշտոնը, այժմ էլ դադարեցնում է իր քաղաքական և կուսակցական գործունեությունը նոր աշխատանքի անցնելու կապակցությամբ։ Իսկ ոստիկանների համար Արամ Հովհաննիսյանի հետ տեղի ունեցածն իսկական ցուցիչ է, որ որքան էլ լավ և մոլեռանդորեն ես ծառայում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, վերջինս պատրաստ է զոհել յուրաքանչյուրին՝ հանուն սեփական իշխանության պահպանման։
