Միլիոնատեր թոշակառուներ․ քանի՞ 100-ամյա քաղաքացի պետությունից մեկ միլիոն դրամ կստանա

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել նախագիծ, որով առաջարկվում է դրամական միանվագ հավելում տրամադրել 100 տարին լրացած կենսաթոշակառուներին։
Համաձայն ներկայացված նախագծի՝ առաջարկվում է 100 տարին լրացած, կենսաթոշակ կամ նպաստ ստանալու իրավունք ունեցող և այն անկանխիկ եղանակով ստացող անձին վճարել 1 մլն դրամի չափով միանվագ հավելում։ Եթե 100 տարին լրացած անձը կենսաթոշակը (նպաստը) ստանում է կանխիկ եղանակով, ապա հավելումը կվճարվի վճարման եղանակը փոխելուց հետո։
Սույն որոշման դրույթները չեն տարածվում այն դեպքերի վրա, երբ կենսաթոշակառուին կամ նպաստառուին, որպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակչության պետական ռեգիստրում Երևանի հասցեով հաշվառում ունեցող 100 տարին լրացած անձ, սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելու օրվա դրությամբ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը նշանակել է 1,000,000 դրամ աջակցություն։
Քանի՞ քաղաքացի է օգտվելու այս նախագծից, եթե այն ընդունվի․ MediaHub-ը հետաքրքրվեց Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից։ Ի պատասխան մեր հարցի՝ գերատեսչությունից ասացին, որ մարզաբնակ 80 թոշակառուների մասին է խոսքը։
«Երևանում թոշակառուները քաղաքապետարանից են ստանում այդ 1 մլն դրամները, իսկ մեր առաջարկած նախագիծը մարզաբնակների համար է»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Զառա Մանուչարյանը։
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանից էլ մեզ հայտնեցին, որ Երևան համայնքում մինչև 5 տարվա հաշվառում ունեցող 100 տարին լրացած քաղաքացիներին 1 մլն ՀՀ դրամ տրամադրելու նպատակով աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու համար ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից ստացել է երկու ցուցակ։
«Ըստ այդ ցուցակի տվյալների՝ 2024 թվականին Երևանում գրանցված 100 տարին լրացած 79 քաղաքացիներից մեկ միլիոն դրամ է տրամադրվել 29 անձի։ Իսկ 2025 թվականին 100 տարեկան դարձող 24 քաղաքացիներից գումար է տրամադրվելու 19 անձի»,- ներկայացրին քաղաքապետարանից։
Ըստ քաղաքապետարանի տրամադրած տվյալների՝ 2 ցուցակների արդյունքում պետք է ֆինանսավորվի 48 քաղաքացի։ 2025 թվականին արդեն իսկ ֆինանսավորվել է վեց քաղաքացի։ Եվս 26 քաղաքացի էլ այս տարի ֆինանսավորվելու է։
«Ինչ վերաբերում է մնացյալ 16 անձանց, վերջիններիս 100 տարին լրանալու է 2025 թվականի ընթացքում, ուստի աշխատանքները շարունակվում են»,- ներկայացրին քաղաքապետարանից։ Այսինքն՝ 159 քաղաքացի օգտվելու է վերոնշյալ ծրագրից։
