Դիվանագետների համահայկական խորհրդի հայտարարությունը

Դիվանագետների համահայկական խորհուրդը խստորեն դատապարտում է Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու հասցեին Հայաստանում իշխող վարչախմբի ու նրա պարագլխի՝ հատկապես վերջին օրերին տարրական բարեկրթության և բարոյականության բոլոր սահմանները հատած արտահայտությունները:
Հանրային տիրույթում անթույլատրելի և բարձրագույն պաշտոնների հետ բացարձակապես անհամատեղելի այդ արտահայտությունները համարում ենք ոչ միայն կրթության, գիտելիքների, բարոյականության ու դաստիարակության ակնհայտ բացակայության հիվանդագին դրսևորումներ, այլև միտումնավոր և մտածված քաղաքականություն, որի թիրախն են.
- Դարերի ընթացքում ձևավորված մեր ինքնության հենասյուներն ու արժեքային համակարգը,
- ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը, որով Եկեղեցին անջատ է պետությունից, իսկ Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցին ունի բացառիկ դեր,
- Իշխանությունների զրոյական արժևորման համեմատ՝ ՀԱԵ է՛լ ավելի աճող հեղինակությունը,
- Իշխանությունների աջակցությունից զրկված և նրանց կողմից մոռացված Արցախի մեր եղբայրների ու քույրերի իրավունքների, հետևաբար մեր բոլորի իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում Եկեղեցու հետևողական ջանքերն ու անթաքույց նախանձախնդրությունը:
Արցախը կորցրած, պատերազմը տանուլ տված, հազարավոր կյանքեր զոհած, մեր ինքնիշխան երկրի տարածքները ոսոխին նվիրող, իր իսկ նախընտրական ծրագրերը և պետության ներքին ու արտաքին քաղաքականությունը տապալած, մեր ինքնության հիմքերը և պետական ինստիտուտները թիրախավորած, երկիրը աննախադեպ ճգնաժամի հասցրած, բանսարկու և ազգադավ խմբակի որդեգրած քաղաքականությունը հերթական անգամ համընկնում է մեր ոխերիմ թշնամիների խոսույթին և ուղղված է մեր ժողովրդի առջև ծառացած խնդիրներից ու գոյութենաբանական մարտահրավերներից մեզ բոլորիս շեղելուն, հասարակությունը հերթական անգամ պառակտելու ստոր քաղաքականությամբ իրենց երերացող աթոռը պահպանելուն:
Ատելության, չարության և նախանձի հիմքով իշխանության եկած ու հասարակության տարբեր շերտերին տարիներ շարունակ իրար դեմ լարելուն լծված և հոգևարքի մեջ գտնվող իշխանության խոսույթն ու գործողությունները սպառնալիք են ոչ միայն մեր հոգևոր դասի և Եկեղեցու համար, այլև ողջ հայության համար, որովհետև Եկեղեցին հենց ժողովուրդն է, և Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Եկեղեցին՝ ողջ աշխարհասփյուռ հայ ժողովուրդը՝ Ազգընտիր Հայրապետի գլխավորությամբ:
Մեր ժողովրդի գիտակից և Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու բարեպաշտ բոլոր զավակների հետ միասին մենք կանգնած ենք Հայոց Եկեղեցու կողքին և հայտնում ենք նրան մեր լիակատար աջակցությունը:
