Արդյո՞ք կպատժեն Արսեն Թորոսյանին

Քրեական հետապնդումից շուրջ 6․5 տարի անց Պետական վերահսկողության ծառայության նախկին պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանն արդարացվել էր դատարանում հանցակազմի բացակայության պատճառով։ Ընդ որում, դատավճիռը կարդացել էր Հայաստանի ամենաանչառ և ընդդիմադիր տրամադրված դատավորներից մեկը՝ Դավիթ Բալայանը, ով փաշինյանական իշխանության ընթացքում թեև մշտապես եղել է տարբեր ճնշումների ներքո, բայց թե փաստաբանների, թե իրավապաշտպանների գնահատմամբ մշտապես արդարացի վճիռներ է կայացրել։
Փաստացի ապացուցվեց, որ Դավիթ Սանասարյանը չի կատարել իրեն վերագրվող արարքը։ Նրան մեղադրում էին ՊՎԾ պետի պաշտոնում լիազորությունների չարաշահման մեջ։ Հիշեցնենք, գործը հարուցվել էր այն ժամանակ առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Արսեն Թորոսյանի գործ տալու արդյունքում։ Ըստ Սանասարյանի՝ վերահսկողական ծառայությունն առողջապահության նախարարությունում ստուգումներ պիտի իրականացներ, և հենց դա է եղել պատճառը, որ Թորոսյանը կեղծ ցուցմունքներ է տվել Դավիթ Սանասարյանի դեմ։
Լինելով 2018 թ․-ին ամենահայտնի ակտիվիստներից ու հեղափոխականներից մեկը՝ Սանասարյանը փաստացի պաշտոնավարումից կարճ ժամանակ անց զրկվեց պաշտոնից, ինչպես նաև տևական ժամանակ երկիրը լքելու հնարավորությունից։ Գործող իշխանություններն էլ նրան աջակցելու փոխարեն, ընդհակառակը, ճնշումների ենթարկեցին։ Այսօր, երբ պարզվում է, որ Սանասարյանն ամենևին էլ մեղավոր չէր այս հանցագործության մեջ, արդյոք «Քաղպայմանագիրը» կունենա՞ բավարար կամք և բարոյականություն պատժելու Արսեն Թորոսյանին, առավել ևս, որ վերջինս, ըստ մամուլի, նախարարի պաշտոնում իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում բազմաթիվ չարաշահումներ է իրականացրել՝ չհաշված կորոնավիրուսի դեմ տապալված պայքարը։
