Ադրբեջանը Խոզնավարում թիրախավորված կրակ է արձակում

Երեկ կեսգիշերին մոտ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները կրակ էին բացել Սյունիքի մարզի Խոզնավար բնակավայրի ուղղությամբ։ Ըստ Պաշտպանության նախարարության, վնասվել էր բնակելի տան սանհանգույցը և խոցվել մեկ մանր եղջերավոր կենդանի։ Երևանը կոչ էր արել Բաքվին հետաքննել Խոզնավարի բնակելի տան գնդակոծման փաստը և հանդես գալ պարզաբանումներով։ Նախօրեին էլ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հաղորդել է, որ գիշերը գյուղում բնակելի տուն է վնասվել, տուժածներ չկան։
Այդուհանդերձ, Խոզնավարի ուղղությամբ Ադրբեջանի վերջին շրջանում ակտիվ գնդակոծություններն այլևս փոխակերպվել են թիրախավորված կրակի։ Եթե նախկինում պարզապես օդ էին կրակում կամ գյուղի ուղղությամբ՝ առանց թիրախավորելու տներն ու մարդկանց, ապա այժմ արդեն ամենօրյա պարբերականությամբ Ադրբեջանը Խոզնավարի ուղղությամբ հստակ հրաձգություն է իրականացնում՝ ահաբեկելով մարդկանց։
Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների վարքն այս պայմաններում ոչ միայն տարակուսելի է, այլև վտանգավոր։ Հերթապահ կոչերից և մեղմիկ հերքումներից այն կողմ այդպես էլ չեն անցնում, ինչը վկայում է, որ սա Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հստակ քաղաքականությունն է՝ ոչ մի կերպ չպատասխանել։ Ի դեպ, նույնիսկ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» պատգամավորներն են հաստատում այդ հանգամանքը, նշելով, որ հայելային պատասխանելու դեպքում Ադրբեջանին էսկալացիայի իրավունք կտան։ Մինչդեռ նման վարքը և պահվածքն իրականում լկտիացնում է Ադրբեջանին, նորանոր սադրանքների մղում և չի բացառվում, որ այս ամենը համաձայնեցված է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հետ ամեն գնով Սյունիքի մարզում վախի մթնոլորտ սերմանելու հարցում։
