Եգիպտացի հնագետները հայտնել են երեք հին դամբարանների հայտնաբերման մասին, որոնք թվագրվում են ավելի քան 3500 տարվա վաղեմությամբ, գրում է Daily Mail-ը։ Պեղումները կատարվել են Լուքսորի արևմտյան ափի Դրա Աբու էլ-Նագա դամբարանի տարածքում։ Այդ վայրը պատմականորեն օգտագործվել է վերին դասի անդամների, դրանց թվում՝ պաշտոնյաների, գրագիրների և վերակացուների թաղման համար։

Երեք դամբարաններն էլ պատկանել են թագավորական ընտանիքի հետ որևէ առնչություն չունեցող տղամարդկանց։ Գիտնականները դամբարանների ներսում պահպանված հիերոգլիֆային արձանագրությունների շնորհիվ կարողացել են պարզել նրանց անուններն ու պաշտոնները։ Նրանցից ոմանք եգիպտական ​​հասարակության մեջ կարևոր պաշտոններ էին զբաղեցնում։
