«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Արմեն Մելիքբեկյանը, չնայած ֆուտբոլային հանրության գերակշիռ մասի դժգոհություններին և հրաժարականի պահանջներին, ամեն գնով պահեց իր «աթոռը»: Դե, գոնե առայժմ: Ըստ երևույթին, նրան կամ իր տեղակալին հաջողվել էր համոզել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:
Պատահական չէ, որ խոսակցություններ էին պտտվում, թե նրանք սխալ տեղեկություններ են փոխանցում վարչապետին, համոզում, որ իրենց դեմ դժգոհողները «դավադիրներ», «հակապետական տարրեր» են, իսկ իրենք մաքսիմալ «պուշ» են: Իսկ հիմա, քանի որ այս «փուլը» հաղթահարել է, Մելիքբեկյանն սկսել է «մուռ հանել» նրանցից, ովքեր այս կամ այն կերպ ներգրավված են եղել իր հրաժարականի պահանջի գործընթացներում կամ առնվազն կողմ են եղել իր հրաժարականին: Հասկանալի է՝ խոսքը նրանց մասին է, ովքեր որոշակի կշիռ ու ճանաչում ունեն ֆուտբոլային աշխարհում:
Չնայած, մինչ «ոտքը պնդացնելն» էլ նա փորձել է «լուծել նրանց հարցերը», որոնք իր հրաժարականն են պահանջել: Օրինակ՝ դեռ հոկտեմբերին սկսված ակցիաներից հետո, մեր տեղեկություններով, ՀՖՖ ղեկավարության ուղիղ «միջամտությամբ» աշխատանքից ազատվել է «Վեստ Արմենիա» ՖԱ գլխավոր քարտուղար Արսեն Զաքարյանը:
Իսկ Փաշինյանին «համոզելուց» հետո Մելիքբեկյանն ավելի մեծ թափով է անցել այդ գործին:
Մասնավորաբար, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ՀՖՖ նախագահը հանձնարարել է գրություն ուղարկել ՈՒԵՖԱ՝ «մեղադրելով» Հայաստանում ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի թղթակցին, որպեսզի եվրոպական ֆուբոլային կառույցը խզի աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը վերջինիս հետ: Հիմնական «մեղադրանքն» այն է, որ Հայաստանում ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի թղթակիցը առաջնության խաղերը խաթարելու և անհնազանդության հրապարակային կոչեր է արել: Մեր ուսումնասիրությունները, սակայն, ցույց տվեցին, որ նման հրապարակային կոչեր ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի թղթակից Մհեր Խուդավերդյանի կողմից բացարձակ չեն եղել: Առավելագույնը, որ հանդիպեցինք սոցցանցային հարթակներում, նրա՝ որպես ֆուտբոլասերի դիրքորոշումն էր, մասնավորաբար ֆեդերացիայի ղեկավարության ձախողումների և, ըստ այդմ, հրաժարականի պահանջի հետ համաձայնությունը: Ոչ ավելին: Հրապարակային միակ «կոշտ» խոսքը, որ նկատեցինք, այն էր, որ նա դատապարտել էր մարտի 1-ին Շենգավիթի մարզադաշտում խաղաղ ակցիա իրականացնող երկրպագուների նկատմամբ ոստիկանների կողմից իրականացված բռնությունը: Այսինքն, չի եղել որևէ գործողություն, որը հակասեր նրա՝ ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի թղթակցի կարգավիճակին:
Ստացվում է՝ ՀՖՖ նախագահը ոչ միայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին է կեղծ տեղեկություններ փոխանցում, այլև ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի ղեկավարությանը:
