Ինչո՞վ կավարտվի Հայաստանի իշխանության գրոհը Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների նկատմամբ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Արցախի նախագահի լիազորությունները 2025 թվականի մայիսի 21-ին ավարտվել են, և Արցախի խորհրդարանը պետք է նոր նախագահ ընտրի: Ըստ Արցախի Սահմանադրության և ԱԺ կանոնակարգ օրենքի, նախագահական ընտրությունները կարող են տեղի ունենալ այդ օրվանից ոչ շուտ, քան 7 օր, և ոչ ուշ, քան 10 օր հետո։ Այսինքն, այսօր լրանում է տասնօրյա ժամկետը, երբ ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովը պետք է նիստ հրավիրի:
Երեկ մենք դիմեցինք ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանին, ով ասաց, որ «այս պահի դրությամբ» հստակ որևէ բան չի կարող ասել: «Ցավոք, այդ ամենը կախված չէ միայն ինձանից՝ որպես պատգամավոր, կամ միայն մեր խմբակցությունից, որը, ըստ էության, փոքր խմբակցություն է։ Հնարավոր է, որ կլինի հայտարարություն, հնարավոր է, որ կլինի այլ գործընթաց, որի մասին հաստատ տեղեկացված կլինեք»։
Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ՀՀ իշխանությունները ոչ միայն հրապարակավ, այլև տարբեր խողովակներով խստագույնս զգուշացրել են և ամեն ինչ անում են, որ հանկարծ ընտրություն չլինի: Ըստ էության, իշխանությունը գործընթացը տանում է Արցախի սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու և նախագահի ինստիտուտը լուծարելու ճանապարհով:
