Փաշինյանը որոշում է ստորագրել արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Արտակ Զեյնալյանին Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի թեկնածու առաջադրելու մասին։

Հիշեցնենք, տխրահռչակ Վահե Գրիգորյանի լիազորությունները դադարեցրել էին, քանի որ նա 9 տարի ժամկետով ընտրվել է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի դատավոր։ Զեյնալյանը ժամանակին բավականին մեծ հեղինակություն վայելող իրավապաշտպան էր, իշխանափոխությունից հետո զբաղեցրել է արդարադատության նախարարի պաշտոնը, նաև ԱԺ պատգամավոր է եղել։ Բայց ներկայումս նա Երևանի ավագանու անդամ է «Հանրապետություն» խմբակցությունից։ Որևէ կերպ իր ձայնը չի բարձրացել ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ բռնաճնշումների և հակաօրինական գործողությունների դեպքերով։

Ի դեպ, խոսում են, որ ՍԴ դատավորի պաշտոնի համար առաջադրելու են ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանի թեկնածությունը։ Բայց վերջին պահին Փաշինյանն առաջադրել է Զեյնալյանին։ Ըստ ամենայնի, սա փոխհատուցում է «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությանը Նոր Նորքի թաղապետի պաշտոնանկության համար։

Հիշեցնենք, «Հանրապետությունը» սպառնում էր լքել բոլոր պաշտոնները և քանդել կոալիցիան, եթե Տիգրան Տեր-Մարգարյանին հեռացնեն պաշտոնից։ Այժմ Զեյնալյանին Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի թեկնածու առաջադրելով, Փաշինյանը կարծես լավություն է անում Արամ Զավենիչին և փորձում այդ կերպ պահպանել կոալիցիան։
