Ճապոնիայում ստեղծել են ճկուն արևային մարտկոց՝ ռեկորդային 26.5 % արդյունավետությամբ, որոնք խոստանում են հեղափոխություն վերականգնվող էներգիայի ոլորտում

Տոկիոյի քաղաքային համալսարանի հետազոտողները մշակել են ճկուն տանդեմային արևային մարտկոց՝ ռեկորդային 26.5 % էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետությամբ։ Մարտկոցը համատեղում է կիսաթափանցիկ շրջված պերովսկիտային բջիջը և բարակ թաղանթային սիլիցիումային հետերոհանգույցը (HJT), ապահովելով թեթև և ճկուն կառուցվածք նորարարական լուծումների համար։ Փորձարկումը ցույց է տվել 1.83 Վ բաց միացման լարում, 17.9 մԱ/սմ2 կարճ միացման հոսանքի խտություն և 81 % աշխատանքային ցիկլ։
Ճկունություն ապահովելու համար գիտնականները ստորին HJT բջջի սիլիցիումային թիթեղը նոսրացնելու համար օգտագործել են կալիումի հիդրօքսիդի (KOH) փորագրություն, որն ունի 21.1 % արդյունավետություն։ Թիթեղների մակերեսները մշակվել են միկրոտեքստուրայով և ծածկվել են պաշտպանիչ սիլիցիումի նիտրիդային թաղանթով։ Վերին պերովսկիտային բջիջը ներառում է առաջադեմ նյութեր, ինչպիսիք են 1.68 eV պերովսկիտը, ինքնուրույն հավաքվող MeO-2PACz մոնաշերտը և մագնեզիումի ֆտորիդի հակաանդրադարձնող ծածկույթը։ Այս տեխնոլոգիաներն ապահովում են մարտկոցի կայունությունը և ճկունությունը։
