1 զոհ, 12 վիրավոր․Խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար-հրդեհ

Այսօր՝ մայիսի 29-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար-հրդեհ է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում: Ժամը 08:00-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Վանաձոր ավտոճանապարհի Քուչակ բնակավայարի վարչական տարածքում բախվել են «Opel Zafira» և «Volkswagen» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 1 հոգի տեղում մահացել է, 12 հոգի տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Ապարան» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Վիրավորներին առաջինը օգնության են հասել քաղաքացիները և ըստ քաղաքացիների հայտնածի՝ օպերատիվ են գործել ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Ապարանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի փրկարարներն ու «Ապարան» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկները:
Վիրավորներից մի քանիսին փրկարարները դուրս են բերել ավտոմեքենաներից և պատգարակով մոտեցրել շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենաներին:
Բախման հետևանքով «Opel»-ը դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց և բռնկվել:
Հրշեջ-փրկարարները մարել են կրակը և տեղում իրականացնում են հերթապահություն:
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի համանատար Արտյոմ Սահակյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Աղասի Խաչատրյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշի ավագ պարեկներ Արգամ Հովհաննիսյանը, Վարդան Իսրայելյանը, պարեկներ Տիգրան Ղազարյանը, Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանն ու կրտսեր պարեկ Գոռ Սենոքյանը:
Այսքան շատ պարեկների ժամանման պատճառն այն է, քանի որ հետաքրքրասեր վարորդները մինչ պարեկների ժամանումը ավտոմեքենաները կայանել էին ու ստեղծվել էր արհեստական խցանում, սակայն պարեկների ժամանումից րոպեներ անց երթևեկությունը կարգավորվեց:
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ոստիկանության Ապարանի բաժնի պետ Ռաֆայել Պողոսյանը:
Վթարի մասին ոստիկանութան Ապարանի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության Ապարանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խոմբը՝ բաժնի պետի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ:
Վթարի փաստով քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որտեղ էլ պարզվում է վարորդների, մահացածի և վիրավորների ինքնությունը:
Քննիչի հանձնարարականով՝ ավտոմեքենաները տեղափոխվում են ոստիկանության Ապարանի բաժնի պահպնավող հատուկ տարածք:
