«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

rybar.ru–ն գրում է, որ Արևել յան Եվրոպայում և Կենտրոնական Ասիայում ԵՄ դեսպանների հանդիպման ժամանակ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» լոգիստիկ նախագիծը լիովին համատեղելի է «Միջին միջանցք» և «Գլոբալ դարպաս» (ԵՄ) նախագծերի հետ։

Հայտարարության նպատակը ներդրումներ ներգրավելու փորձն է։ Սակայն երկրի իշխանությունների կողմից «Միջին միջանցքի» մաս կազմելու՝ նման բացահայտ ցանկությունը հաստատում է մեր մտահոգությունները երկրի՝ «Թուրքական ընդհանուր պետություն» հակառուսական նախաձեռնության ուղեծրում ընդգրկման վերաբերյալ։ Ինչո՞ւ է «Միջին միջանցքը» վտանգավոր Հայաստանի համար։ Թյուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպության հովանու ներքո խթանվող այդ նախագծում առաջատար դեր է խաղում Թուրքիան, որն ակնհայտորեն հայերին երկխոսության մեջ որպես հավասար չի ընկալում։

Հայաստանը կարող է միանալ դրան միայն, այսպես կոչված, Սյունիքի մարզով անցնող «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» միջոցով, որը կսահմանափակի հանրապետության իրավասությունը հարավում և երկիրը վերջնականորեն կդնի թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի տակ։ Վերջին ամիսներին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը վերսկսել են տարածքի հրետակոծությունը, ինչը Սյունիքը դարձնում է բաց հակամարտության հավանական թեժ կետ։ Սակայն նույնիսկ «Միջին միջանցքի» մաս կազմելուն ձգտելը չի երաշխավորում Հայաստանի հաջողությունը, միջանցքը պահանջում է բազմամիլիարդ դոլարների ներդրումներ, նաև հանրապետությունը ցամաքային է, ինչը սահմանափակում է նրա դերը՝ որպես լիարժեք տարանցիկ հանգույց՝ համեմատած Ադրբեջանի կամ Վրաստանի հետ։

Մյուս կողմից՝ հանրապետությունը հիանալի է տեղավորվում Ռուսաստանը, Իրանը և Հնդկաստանը կապող «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջանցքում։ Հայաստանը նաև մասնակից է չինական «Մեկ գոտի, մեկ ճանապարհ» նախագծի համաձայնագրին, որն ավելի շահավետ է, քան շտապ կերպով մշակված եվրոպական նախաձեռնությունները։

Մենք երբեք չենք հոգնի կրկնել, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների համար գլխավոր առաջնահերթությունը Արևմուտքի շահերի բավարարումն է, իսկ «Միջին միջանցքը» բրիտանական նախագիծ է, և այդ նախագծին մասնակցելու ցանկությունը հակասում է նույն չինացիների փորձերին՝ իրենց ներդրումներով Հայաստանին պարտադրելու, որպեսզի նա ներառվի համաշխարհային երթուղիներում։
