Власти Израиля намерены начать лишать гражданства и высылать лиц, осужденных за терроризм

Израиль начнет высылать израильских граждан, осужденных за терроризм, заявил в среду министр обороны страны Исраэль Кац, сообщает Ynet News.
На закрытом заседании комитета Кнессета Кац и министр внутренних дел Моше Арбель обсудили реализацию закона, принятого Кнессетом в феврале 2023 года, разрешающего правительству лишать гражданства израильтян, осужденных за терроризм, если они получали деньги от Палестинской автономии.
Палестинская автономия платит палестинцам с Западного берега, отбывающим тюремные сроки, и поддерживает их семьи после того, как они были осуждены за террористические акты, заявили израильские чиновники.
Кац сказал, что несколько граждан Израиля получали деньги от Палестинской администрации, и в отношении еще сотен из них начнутся судебные разбирательства, которые будут предшествовать их высылке и лишению гражданства.
«Я провожу четкую и строгую политику. Террористы и сторонники террора, которые являются жителями и гражданами Израиля, будут вознаграждены за свои действия. Те, кто решит встать на сторону убийств и ненависти, будут высланы, потеряют израильское гражданство и полностью заплатят за это, - сказал Кац. - Мы не позволим террористам комфортно жить среди нас».
