Թրամփը կարգելի Չինաստանից արևային վահանակների ներկրումը

ԱՄՆ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի կողմից ընդունված նոր օրենքը կսահմանափակի էժան չինական վահանակների մատակարարումը Միացյալ Նահանգներ։ Խոսքը վերաբերում է հարկային արտոնությունների սահմանափակմանը այն էներգիայի համար, որը արտադրվում է չինական սարքավորումներով։

Ըստ այս փաստաթղթի՝ վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների ծրագրերը պետական սուբսիդիաներ ստանալու համար չպետք է որևէ կերպ կապված լինեն Չինաստանի կամ այլ «անհանգստություն առաջացնող» օտարերկրյա սուբյեկտների հետ։ Ներմուծված նյութերի կամ բաղադրիչների օգտագործումը կամ Չինաստանի հետ կապված սեփականության իրավունքի առկայությունը կարող է բավարար լինել՝ խոչընդոտելու ծրագրերի մշակողներին պետական արտոնություններ ստանալու համար։

Վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի կողմնակիցները պնդում են, որ պահանջները այնքան խիստ են, որ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դրանք վճռորոշ դեր կխաղային ԱՄՆ-ի կախվածությունը չինական արևային սարքավորումներից և մարտկոցներից սահմանափակելու գործում, եթե ԱՄՆ-ում արդեն տեղի ունեցած լիներ էներգետիկ անցում, գրում է Bloomberg-ը։

Ներկայում ԱՄՆ-ում արևային մարտկոցների արտադրության գործարանների կառուցման նոր բում է տեղի ունենում՝ պայմանավորված Բայդենի կլիմայական նախաձեռնություններով։ Սակայն նոր վահանակների մատակարարումը ԱՄՆ, առավել ևս այլ սարքավորումների, չի հասցնում բավարարել ներքին պահանջարկը։ Հետևաբար, նոր օրենքը դժվար կլինի կատարել. այն կարող է դառնալ «մաքուր» էներգիայի մշակողների համար զսպող գործոն, նշում է հրատարակությունը։

Ըստ երևույթին, նոր օրենքը Թրամփի վարչակազմին թույլ կտա միաժամանակ լուծել երկու խնդիր։

Նախ, այն արդյունավետորեն կնվազեցնի չինական վահանակների ներմուծումը երկիր, և երկրորդ՝ կսահմանափակի ԱՄՆ-ում արևային էլեկտրակայանների զարգացումը՝ ի նպաստ հանածո վառելիքի։
