Փաշինյանի տեսլականը՝ չզինվել և չդիմադրել Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիային. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երեկ «Երևանյան երկխոսություն» երկրորդ միջազգային ֆորումի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է. «Մենք ուզում ենք հավաստիանալ, որ Ադրբեջանի մտադրությունը չէ իր տարածքում հակամարտային իրավիճակը փակել և արտահանել Հայաստանի տարածք»։ Միայն այս նախադասությունը մի քանի շերտեր ունի, ընդ որում՝ բավական վտանգավոր: Նախ՝ «իր տարածքում հակամարտային իրավիճակ» արտահայտությունն ինքնին բավական «բազմախոսուն» է: Մյուս կողմից՝ փաստացի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ է խոստովանում Ադրբեջանի կողմից ագրեսիայի հնարավորությունը:
Անդրադառնալով այս թեմային՝ «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է լայնածավալ պատերազմի ՀՀ-ի դեմ՝ այսպես կոչված՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» ստանալու և անկլավները հսկողության տակ վերցնելու համար։ Ադրբեջանը պահանջում է Երևանից՝ բնակեցնել ադրբեջանցիներին Հայաստանում. Ալիևը շեշտում է, որ դա լինելու է խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման նախապայմաններից մեկը։ Բաքուն պահանջում է ՀՀ-ից՝ չզինվել, փոխել ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունն ու անգամ զինանշանը, որտեղ պատկերված է Արարատ լեռը։
Մի խոսքով, Ադրբեջանի պահանջների ցուցակը ՀՀ-ից ունի սկիզբ, սակայն չունի վերջ։ Իսկ ի՞նչ է անում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Ըստ հեղինակների, Փաշինյանի տեսլականն է՝ չզինվել և չդիմադրել Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիային. «Փաշինյանը կրճատում է բանակը, ՔՊ-ն կազմաքանդում է Հայաստանի տնտեսությունն ու ստեղծում է նախապայմաններ՝ արտագաղթի համար։ Ընդունվում են օրենքներ, որոնք հարուստներին թույլ են տալու գումարով ազատվել բանակից. սկսվել է բանակի ապամոնտաժման գործընթացը։ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներն ապագա չեն կապում ՀՀ-ի հետ և ցանկանում են արտագաղթել։ Ուկրաինական պատերազմի ավարտից հետո ՀՀից արտագաղթի նոր ալիք է սկսվելու դեպի ՌԴ՝ աշխատանք գտնելու նպատակով»։
Նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանը, «հենվելով ՔՊ-ի վրա», հայաթափեց և օկուպացրեց Արցախն ու այսօր ցանկանում է նույնն իրականացնել արդեն Սյունիքում. «Որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը հակամարտությունը չտեղափոխի Հայաստանի տարածք, պետք է ՀՀ-ն ունենա հզոր բանակ, զարգացող տնտեսություն, դեմոգրաֆիկ աճ, ինչպես նաև հայ-ռուսական և հայ-իրանական ռազմաքաղաքական կապերն ամրապնդվեն։ Դրա նախապայմաններից մեկը ՀՀ-ում օր առաջ իշխանափոխությունն է. այս թիմը չունի քաղաքական կամք և գիտելիքներ՝ դիմադրելու Ադրբեջանին և պաշտպանելու հայկական ազգային ու պետական շահերը»,-գրում է ալիքն ու հավելում, որ Ադրբեջանի նպատակը հայոց պետականության ոչնչացումն է, իսկ ՔՊ-ի նպատակը՝ հարստանալն ու ամեն գնով 2026 թվականին իշխանությունը պահպանելը։
