Խորհրդարանը շարունակում է քննարկել ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանի նախագիծը, որով առաջարկվում է ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին՝ 2 տարվա ծառայության փոխարել, հայրենիքին պարտքը տալ 1 կամ 4 ամիս՝ ըստ գրպանում եղած հնարավորության։
«Ունևորների զավակները պարզ է, չէ՞, որ չեն ծառայի: Այսինքն, ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորի առաջարկած նախագիծը կնպաստի արտագաղթին»,- համոզված է մեր զրուցակիցը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այս իշխանությունների առաջարկով՝ մեկ ամիս ծառայել ցանկացողները պետությանը պետք է վճարեն 24 միլիոն դրամ, 4 ամսվա դեպքում՝ 18 միլիոն դրամ։
«Լավ, եթե սա Բաքվի առաջարկը չէ, ապա ո՞վ է պաշտպանելու հայրենիքի սահմանները։ Փոխարենը բանակում ծառայելը խրախուսվի, արվում է հակառակը։ Տպավորություն չլինի, որ մենք դեմ ենք խաղաղությանը, բայց ինձ համար, որպես երկարամյա ծառայողի, սպայի, ավելի կարևոր է արժանապատվությունը։ Հիշեք, մի քանի տարի հետո մարդուժի խիստ կարիք է լինելու հայկական ԶՈՒ-ում, այդ ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեղադրելու է ժողովրդին, թե՝ «չեք ուզում ծառայեք, դրա համար Ադրբեջանն ինչ կուզի կտանք» տրամաբանությամբ։ Այդպես էր նաև 44-օրյա պատերազմը, երբ նույն մարդը շրջանառության մեջ դրեց դասալիքների թեզը՝ «պարտվել ենք, որովհետև չենք կռվել» արդարացումներով»,- հավելեց Իշխանյանը։
