Ռուսաստանն ակտիվացնում է իր քաղաքականությունը Հարավային Կովկասում

«Մոսկվան և Անկարան հետաքրքրված են Հարավային Կովկասի խաղաղությամբ»,- հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարությունը՝ Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Հագան Ֆիդանի Մոսկվա կատարելիք այցից առաջ, իսկ Ֆիդանն արդեն այսօր մեկնում է Մոսկվա՝ երկօրյա այցով։ Հաղորդագրությունը, որ տարածել է ռուսական կողմը, ուշագրավ է իր շեշտադրումներով, հատկապես ընդգծվել է Կովկասի հարցը։ Նշվում է, որ կողմերը կքննարկեն երկկողմ և միջազգային համագործակցության հարցերի լայն շրջանակ, այդ թվում՝ «Կովկասում համագործակցության խորացման հարցը, ներառյալ տրանսպորտային կապերի և հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակումը, ինչպես նաև՝ տարածաշրջանի հետ հակամարտային վերականգնումը»։
Հատուկ ընդգծել են, որ դրանք կարող են հասնել 3+3 տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության հարթակի շրջանակներում համատեղ ջանքերի միջոցով։ Ու Ֆիդանը Ռուսաստան է գնում Սերգեյ Լավրովի հրավերով, ով տակավին օրեր առաջ Երևանում էր և բանակցություններ էր վարել Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հետ։ Այժմ, ակտիվանալով Հարավային Կովկասի ուղղությամբ, Ռուսաստանն ուղղակիորեն Թուրքիային էլ զգուշացում է անում իր հաշվին տարածաշրջանում չտարածվելու պահանջով։ Փաստացի, 44-օրյա պատերազմից և Արցախի հայաթափումից հետո Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների աջակցությամբ, բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել են Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելու համար, և այժմ Ռուսաստանը, թերևս, իրավիճակը հանդարտեցնելով ուկրաինական ուղղությամբ, ուշադրության ծավալի մի մասը տեղափոխում է դեպի Հարավային Կովկաս։
Հաշվի առնելով խորհրդարանական ընտրություն առաջիկա ընտրությունները և դրանց ռուսամետ շրջանակների ակտիվ հնարավոր մասնակցությունը, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ 2026 ընտրությունները լուրջ փորձաքար են դառնալու նաև Մոսկվայի համար Հարավային Կովկասում իր ազդեցությունը պաշտպանելու և պահպանելու նպատակով, ուստի և Մոսկվան ձեռքերը ծալած չի նստելու։ Թե ինչ հետևանքներ դա կունենա Հայաստանի և անձամբ Փաշինյանի իշխանության համար, պարզ կլինի առաջիկայում։
