Արևմուտքը նեղացել է Փաշինյանից

Երևանում ընթացող «Երևանյան երկխոսություն» միջազգային համաժողովը ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց տվեց, որ Արևմուտքը չափազանց զայրացած է Փաշինյանի իշխանության վրա։ Նման եզրակացության կարելի է գալ՝ տեսնելով մասնակիցների ցանկը։ Մասնավորապես, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները նախատեսում էին շատ ավելի բարձրաստիճան պատվիրակություններ ընդունել և ցույց տալ, որ բավականին մեծ վարկանիշ ունեն Արևմուտքի մոտ, մինչդեռ Ֆրանսիայի արտգործնախարարին չհաշված, ամենաբարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները, որ մասնակցելու են «Երևանյան երկխոսություն» համաժողովին, Սլովակիայի վարչապետ Ռոբերտ Ֆիցոն և Հունգարիայի արտգործնախարար Պետեր Սիյարտոն են։
Այս երկու երկրներն էլ ներկայումս Եվրամիությունում «իզգոյի» կարգավիճակ ունեն, քանի որ պարբերաբար խնդիրներ են ունենում պաշտոնական Բրյուսելի հետ՝ չցանկանալով վատթարացնել իրենց հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Ֆիցոն, օրինակ, այն առաջնորդների թվում էր, որ մայիսի 9-ին Մոսկվայում մասնակցել էր Հաղթանակի շքերթին։
Փաստացի, Արևմուտքը այսպիսի վերաբերմունքով Փաշինյանին զգուշացում է անում, որ իր ռուսամետ քաղաքականությունը կարող է լուրջ հետևանքներ ունենալ հենց իր համար, այն է՝ արևմտյան հովանավորները ձեռք քաշեն Փաշինյանից։ Բնականաբար, գործող իշխանությունը և իր քարոզչամեքենան Եվրամիության նման վերաբերմունքի մասին չեն խոսի, կփորձեն առկա միջոցներով տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե Արևմուտքը դեռևս աջակցում է Հայաստանի իշխանություններին։
Աջակցության ամենակարևոր է դրսևորումներից մեկն էլ արդեն եկող տարվա գարնանը Հայաստանում նախատեսված Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի 8-րդ գագաթնաժողովն է։ 2022 թ․-ից հետո ավանդաբար այդ համաժողովին մասնակցում են Եվրամիության և դաշնակից երկրների առաջնորդները։ Եվ այժմ կարելի է արձանագրել, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին «ֆորա» են տվել, բայց եթե Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը ռեալ քայլեր չձեռնարկի հակառուսականության դաշտում, ապա չի բացառվում, որ նույնիսկ այդ միջազգային համաժողովը ձախողվի կամ էլ բավարար թվով պետությունների առաջնորդներ չբարեհաճեն գալ Հայաստան՝ փոխարենը արտգործնախարարների կամ այլ ավելի ցածր պաշտոնյաների ուղարկելով։
