Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը և Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանը, որը մայիսի 25-27-ը աշխատանքային այցով կգտնվի Մոսկվայում, ի թիվս այնի, կքննարկեն իրավիճակը Հարավային Կովկասում, հայտնում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն:

«Նախատեսվում է մանրամասն ուսումնասիրել Անդրկովկասում համագործակցության խորացման հարցերը, այդ թվում՝ տրանսպորտային կապերի և հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման, տարածաշրջանի հետկոնֆլիկտային վերակառուցման հարցերը։ Ռուսաստանը և Թուրքիան շահագրգռված են տեսնել խաղաղ և կանխատեսելի Հարավային Կովկաս: Դրան կարելի է հասնել «3+3» տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության հարթակի շրջանակում համատեղ ջանքերով։ Մոսկվան ողջունում է հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը», - ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում:

Օրերս Լավրովն ասել էր, որ Ռուսաստանն անկեղծորեն հաջողություն է մաղթում Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման հարցում և պատրաստ է շարունակել կողմերին ամեն հնարավոր աջակցություն ցուցաբերել փաստաթղթի մշակման և ստորագրման գործում։ 

«Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագիրը պետք է ստորագրվի, և մենք անկեղծորեն հաջողություն ենք մաղթում նրանց այս հարցում: Հասկանալի է, որ պայմանագիրը հնարավոր դարձավ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի մի քանի եռակողմ գագաթաժողովների շնորհիվ: Մենք պատրաստ ենք շարունակել աջակցությունը, եթե երկու կողմերն էլ շահագրգռված լինեն դրանում», - Լավրով:

Լավրովն ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ հանդիպմանն ասել էր, որ Մոսկվան անկեղծ հետաքրքրված է Երևան-Բաքու ամբողջական կարգավորմամբ:

«Կարծում ենք՝ դրա համար ամուր հիմք են 2020 և 2022թթ. ՌԴ նախագահի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի և ՀՀ վարչապետի միջև ամենաբարձր մակարդակով ձեռք բերված համալիր եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունները: Մենք ողջունել են խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի համաձայնեցումը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև: Պատրաստ ենք օգնել այդ փաստաթղթի ստորագրման համար կարգավորման կարիք ունեցող բոլոր խնդիրների լուծման հարցում: Միշտ կարող եք մեզ վրա հույս դնել, այդ թվում՝ տրանսպորտային տնտեսական ուղիների ապաշրջափակման, հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման, սահմանագծման, առաջացող բոլոր մարդասիրական խնդիրների լուծման հարցերում՝ հաշվի առնելով կողմերից յուրաքանչյուրի շահերը», - ասել էր նա:
