Իրավապաշտպանները դիմել են Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությանը՝ պահանջելով պարզաբանում, թե ինչու է Yerevan Dialogue համաժողովին հրավիրվել Կրեգ Օլիֆանտը։

«Մենք՝ ներքոստորագրյալ իրավապաշտպաններս եւ քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչներս, խստորեն դատապարտում ենք ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության կողմից կազմակերպվող Yerevan Dialogue համաժողովի շրջանակում Կրեգ Օլիֆանտի (Craig Oliphant) այցը Հայաստան, ով այս տարվա ապրիլ ամսին օկուպացված Ստեփանակերտում մասնակցել է ադրբեջանական ֆորումի։
Կրեգ Օլիֆանտը (Craig Oliphant), հանդիսանալով Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Արտաքին քաղաքականության կենտրոնի ավագ խորհրդատու (Senior Adviser, Foreign Policy Centre), ս.թ. ապրիլի 7-10-ը, որպես խոսնակ, մասնակցել է ադրբեջանական Ադա համալսարանի 7-րդ քաղաքական ֆորումին , որն անց է կացվել օկուպացված Ստեփանակերտում՝ Արցախի պետական համալսարանի շենքում։
Մինչ հայ իրավապաշտպաններն ու քաղհասարակության անդամները բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրում են խստորեն դատապարտելու նման անձանց այցը էթնիկ զտումների ենթարկված Արցախ եւ, առավել եւս, նման միջոցառումների անցկացումը այնտեղ, ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն ինքն է հրավիրում այդ անձանց Երեւան՝ լուռ ընդունելով եւ ողջունելով նման այցերի թույլատրելիությունը։
Պահանջում ենք ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից հստակ պարզաբանում տալ, թե ինչու է նշված անձը հրավիրվել Yerevan Dialogue համաժողովին, ինչպես նաև անհապաղ կերպով չեղարկել այդ անձի մասնակցությունը նշված միջոցառմանը»,– ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ։
