Հերթական ողբերգական դեպքը՝ Երևանում նոր կառուցվող էլիտար շենքում

Այսօր՝ մայիսի 23-ին, Երևանում, աշխատանքային կանոնների չպահպանման պատճառով, հերթական ողբերգական դեպքն է տեղի ունեցել նոր կառուցվող էլիտար շենքերից մեկում։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամը 17:10-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության Դավիթաշենի բաժնում ահազանգ է ստացվել Երևանի 103 շտապօգնության թիվ 26 խմբի բժշկի կողմից, ով հայտնել է, որ իրենք կանչով մեկնել են Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանի Փիրումյանների 13 հասցեում գտնվող նոր կառուցվող շենք, որտեղ հայտնաբերել են տղամարդու մարմին։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Դավթաշենի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ ավագ համայնքային ոստիկան Գ. Մկրտչյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Փրկարար ծառայության Երևանի թիվ 12-րդ հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից և փրկարար ծառայության հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի հերթապահ խումբը։
Տեղում պարզվել է, որ նշված նոր կառուցվող շենքի 12-րդ հարկից անզգուշաբար վայր է ընկել Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 37-ամյա Կարեն Մ.-ն, ով տեղում մահացել է։
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Դավթաշենի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ քննիչ Գևորգյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, մահացածը աշխատում էր «Բիդեք» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող՝ նոր կառուցվող այդ շենքում՝ որպես բանվոր։
