Արցախի պատգամավորներն ԱԺ նախագահ են ընտրել․ ո՞ւմ են ընտրելու Արցախի նախագահ

Մայիսի 21-ին լրացել է Արցախի նախագահի պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը և Արցախի Ազգային ժողովը նոր ընտրությունների պիտի գնար։ Տեղեկացնենք նաև այն, որ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ, Արցախի Ազգային ժողովը Սահմանադրության մեջ որոշ փոփոխություններ էր կատարել, որով հնարավոր կլինի պահպանել Արցախի նախագահի ինստիտուտը։
«Մենք որոշել էինք մինչև վերջնական պատկերն ունենալը չխոսենք, սակայն որոշ քաղաքական գործիչներ, սեփական շահերից ելնելով, հավատարիմ չեղան մեր համատեղ որոշմանը։ Ուստի ես ևս որոշ տեղեկություններ կհայտնեմ. երեկ տեղի ունեցավ Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստ, որին ներկա գտնվեցին 5 խմբակցությունները և 28 պատգամավորները (4-ը հարգելի պատճառներով բացակա էին): Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ ընտրելու միտքը դեռ շատ վաղուց կար, քանի որ ընտրված նախագահ Դավիթ Իշխանյանն այս պահին պատանդ է Բաքվում, իսկ Ազգային ժողովը լեգիտիմ պահելու, կենսունակ պահելու խնդիր ունեինք։ Ուստի արտահերթ նիստի ժամանակ միաձայն քվեարկությամբ ԱԺ նախագահ ընտրվեց Աշոտ Կամոյի Դանիելյանը (28 կողմ)»,- ArmLur.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը։
Պատգամավորը նաև անդրադարձավ նախագահի ընտրությանը, նա նշեց, որ այս հարցի շուրջ ևս պայմանավորվածություն կա, որ վերջնական արդյունքն ունենալուց հետո ԱԺ-ն հանդես կգա հայտարարությամբ և այնուհետև պատգամավորները կկարողանան խոսել։
Այնուամենայնիվ, Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը նորից ընդգծեց, որ կարևոր որոշումն արդեն ԱԺ-ն կայացրել է՝ փոփոխելով Սահմանադրությունը Գերագույն դատարանի որոշմամբ։ Նա նշեց, որ Սահմանադրությամբ փոխել են նախագահի պաշտոնավարման լիազորությունների ժամկետը, իսկ Արցախի նախագահ կարող են ընտրել ոչ շուտ քան 7 օրը և ոչ ուշ քան 10 օրը։
