Почему хозсубъекты жалуются на КГД в связи с возвратом НДС? «Паст»

Газета «Паст» пишет:
В последнее время возросло недовольство хозяйствующих субъектов, связанное с возвратом НДС. Дело в том, что, по словам обратившихся к нам предпринимателей, КГД начал возвращать суммы НДС в течении длительных сроки, что создает проблемы для бизнеса, последние не могут производить платежи контрагентам, деньги не возвращаются в экономику.
Все это также становится очевидным из официальной статистики. В первом квартале 2025 года показатель возврата НДС составил около 66 миллиардов драмов, что на 11,8 миллиарда драмов меньше, чем за тот же период 2024 года, когда хозяйствующим субъектам было возвращено около 78 миллиардов драмов. Кстати, отметим, что до сих пор указанный показатель рос из года в год.
Чем обусловлено это обстоятельство, нетрудно догадаться: КГД старается показать как можно лучшие результаты. А по утверждению некоторых специалистов, на самом деле проблема связана также с тем, что в некоторых отраслях экономики в предыдущие годы был осуществлен возврат на большие суммы, а сейчас нет оснований для возврата в таком объеме.
