«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երեկ մոտ 15 (ի դեպ, այս թիվը հնչեցրել են հենց կազմակերպիչները) «արևմտամետներ» հակառուսական պլակատներով, ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինի ու ԱԳ նախարար Լավրովի հասցեին վիրավորական պաստառներով ՀՀ ԱԳՆ գլխավոր մուտքի մոտ էին հավաքվել, իսկ այդ ժամանակ ԱԳՆ շենքում տեղի էր ունենում Արարատ Միրզոյանի հանդիպումը ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի հետ:
Դեռ Լավրովի այցի նախօրեին հավաքվածներից մի քանիսը հայտարարել էին, թե պետք է զանգվածային ցույցեր անել Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարարի այցի հետ կապված: Ավելին, խոշոր պաստառներ էին պատրաստել: Դա նույնիսկ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովայի ուշադրությանն էր արժանացել, որը նկատել էր. «Հնարավոր է՝ ՀՀ-ում ոմանց մոտ դեռ չեն վերջացել USAID-ի միջոցները, որը նման նախագծերով էր զբաղվում»: Բայց Մարիա Զախարովան, թերևս, մի փոքր գերագնահատել էր հիշյալ ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրի ու այն ստացողների հնարավորությունները: Պարզվեց՝ քանակ չկա, իսկ Լավրովի այցի օրն ընդհանրապես մի 2-3 հոգի էր պլակատ բռնել: Ավելին, պարզվեց՝ այդ «պլակատաբռնության» ժամանակ Լավրովը դեռ Մոսկվայում էր...
Մի խոսքով, չնայած 10-15 հոգով հայ ժողովրդի անունից արվող բարձրագոչ հայտարարություններին, այդ ամենը հանրության կողմից մնաց մերժված, ավելին՝ սոցցանցային հարթակներում կոշտ, երբեմն կոպիտ, անգամ վիրավորական արձագանքները պարզապես գերակշռում էին:
Բայց այստեղ կա նաև հարցի մյուս կողմը: Նախօրեին, երբ մի վիրավորական պլակատ կախել էին ինչ-որ կամրջից, մյուսն էլ բռնել էին փողոցում, ոստիկանները շատ մեղմ, եթե չասենք՝ քնքշագորով էին վերաբերվում: Համեմատության համար նկատենք, որ նույն օրը նույն ոստիկանները բերման էին ենթարկել «Սրբազան շարժման» ակտիվիստներին... «Աստվածապաշտությունը կհաղթի անձնապաշտությանը» գրությամբ պաստառ փակցնելու համար: Ավելի վաղ սոսինձ և պաստառ ունենալու համար ձերբակալել ու «բաժին» էին տարել երեք աղջնակի:
Երևի տեսնելով, թե նման երկակի ստանդարտները ինչ արձագանք են ստանում, երեկ ԱԳՆ մուտքի մոտ ամեն դեպքում մի քիչ «քաշքշուկ» բեմականացվեց: Թե ինչ է սա նշանակում, կարելի է ենթադրել: Առավել ևս, որ Լավրովի այցի օրը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «սուր ցանկություն էր զգացել»՝ այցելել թանգարան՝ «Պետականության վերականգնման ուղիները» ցուցադրությունը դիտելու: Հետաքրքիր ու խոսուն «ցանկություն» է, ինչ խոսք, հատկապես աշխատանքի ժամին...
