Եվրոպան ՀԿ-ներին անտեր չի թողնի
ANALYSIS
ԱՄՆ վարչակարգի կողմից հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, ինչպես նաև որոշ լրատվամիջոցների ֆինանսավորման դադարեցումը, «ծանր հարված է» հասցրել Հայաստանի հանրային հատվածին։ Բազմաթիվ կազմակերպություններ մնացել էին առանց ֆինանսավորման։ Մեր տեղեկություններով ներկայումս եվրոպական կառույցները քննարկում են Հայաստան փող լցնելու և այդ կառույցների աշխատանքը ֆինանսավորելու հարցը, քանի որ դրանց դադարեցումը, ինչպես նաև նախկինում սորոսական, USAID-ական կամ այլ աղբյուրներից ծնվող կազմակերպությունների փակումը կարող է «ծանր հետևանքներ» ունենալ հենց Եվրոպայի համար, ու փող ստացողներն էլ փորձեն իրենց ծառայություններն առաջարկել թշնամական կառույցներին։
Առաջիկայում բավականին լուրջ ֆինանսավորում են ստանալու հատկապես լրատվամիջոցները, որոնք ապահովում են Արևմուտքի քարոզչությունը։ Եվրամիության դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Կայա Կալասը հայտարարել է, որ Եվրամիությունը 5․5 միլիոն եվրո կտրամադրի «Ազատ Եվրոպա/Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին լրատվամիջոցի կենսական գործունեությանն աջակցելու համար։ Ըստ Կալասի, դա կարճաժամկետ ֆինանսավորում է։ «Ազատությունը բավականին մեծ խմբագրություն ունի նաև Երևանում»։
Բայց սա ամբողջը չէ։ Գումարներ են փոխանցվելու նաև այլ կառույցների, որոնք նախկինում փողերը ստանում էին ամերիկյան աղբյուրներից։ Եթե Սորոսի հիմնադրամից գումար ստացող կազմակերպությունները դեռևս շարունակում են իրենց աշխատանքը, ապա USAID-ից սնվող կազմակերպություններն արդեն անցնելու են եվրոպական ֆինանսավորման, որպեսզի կարողանան ապահովել Արևմուտքի թիկունքը։
