Երևանի Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանը համալրվեց ժամանակակից և հարմարավետ նոր բնակելի թաղամասով
VIDEOՆոր նշաձող` քաղաքաշինության ոլորտում, կյանքի նոր որակ՝ բնակիչների համար․ Երևանի Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանը համալրվեց ժամանակակից և հարմարավետ նոր բնակելի թաղամասով։ Գրիգոր Հասրաթյան 15 հասցեում մեծ հանդիսավորությամբ պաշտոնապես բացվեց Կռունկ բնակելի թաղամասը։ Կառուցապատողը Արտքոմփանի ընկերությունն է։
ԿՌՈՒՆԿ-ը Արտքոմփանիի կարևորագույն նախագծերից մեկն է, այն ինչպես միշտ, իրականացվել է մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ, պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցմամբ ու ժամանակակից չափանիշներին համապատասխան:
Բացման միջոցառմանը ներկա էին պետական կառավարման և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ, թաղամասի կառուցապատման աշխատանքներում ներգրաված մասնագետներ, գործընկեր կազմակերպություններ, թաղամասի բնակիչներ և այլ հյուրեր։
Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահ Եղիազար Վարդանյանն իր շնորհավորական ուղերձում շեշտեց որակյալ թաղամասային կառուցապատման ծրագրեր իրականացնելու կարևորությունը և հայտնեց, որ նման ծրագրերն իրենց կողմից կստանան աջակցություն ու կարժանան խրախուսանքի։
«Կռունկ» թաղամասի շինարարությունն իրականացվել է 2020 թվականից ի վեր՝ ԱՐՏՔՈՄՓԱՆԻ ընկերության կողմից: Պրոֆեսիոնալ թիմն ապահովել է կառուցապատման գործընթացի սահուն և արդյունավետ ընթացքը, միավորելով ոլորտի լավագույն մասնագետներին ու կազմակերպություններին։ Թաղամասը ներառում է 14-հարկանի 3 նոր շենք՝ 273 հարմարավետ բնակարաններով, կոմերցիոն տարածքներ, 192 ստորգետնյա ավտոկայանատեղի, կանաչապատ ու ընդարձակ բակեր, ֆուտբոլի դաշտ, խաղահրապարակներ, զրուցարաններ, սպորտային ու հանգստի գոտիներ։ Նախագիծն աչքի է ընկնում բարձր սեյսմակայունությամբ (9+ բալ) և ժամանակակից ինժեներատեխնիկական լուծումներով։ Եվ ահա, ԿՌՈՒՆԿ բնակելի թաղամասը հանձնվում է շահագործման՝ տրամադրելով բարեկեցիկ պայմաններ ավելի քան 270 ընտանիքի, որոնք այսօր վայելում են կյանքի բարձր որակ, հարմարավետություն, հանգստի ու ժամանցի հնարավորություններ։
Այս թաղամասը ստեղծվել է՝ պատասխանելու 21-րդ դարի բնակչի պահանջներին, միաժամանակ պահպանելով այն մարդկային արժեքները, որոնք են՝ անվտանգությունը, համակեցությունը և հարևանությունը։
Միջոցառման ժամանակ շնորհակալագրեր հանձնվեցին թաղամասի կառուցապատման աշխատանքներում իրենց մեծ ներդրումն ունեցած մասնագետներին և գործընկեր կազմակերպություններին։ Այնուհետև պետական կառավարման,ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչները և այլ հյուրեր շրջայց կատարեցին նոր թաղամասի նորակառույց բնակարաններ ,իսկ որպես նոր կյանքի սկիզբ՝ նոր թաղամասում իրականացրեցին ծառատունկ։
Կռունկ բնակելի թաղամասը կյանքի նոր չափանիշների վառ օրինակ է և լավագույն ապացույց, որ Հայաստանում հնարավոր է սահմանված ժամկետներում կառուցել որակյալ, ժամանակակից և հարմարավետ միջավայր՝ միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան:
