«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հատկապես վերջին շրջանում Ազգային ժողովում տեղի ունեցողը ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանում չպետք է խորհրդարանական կառավարում լինի: Հնարավոր է, որ դա կառավարման ավելի բարձր ֆորմատ է, բայց մեզ, երևի թե, դրա համար մի հարյուր տարի պետք է: Մենք պատրաստ չենք դրան, Հայաստանում պետք է լինի նախագահական կառավարում: «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնում «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալմայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը:

«Ինչ վերաբերում է մի քանի օր առաջ տեղի ունեցածին, ապա այստեղ նույնիսկ այնքան կարևոր չէ, թե ով ինչ ասաց, ով ում վիրավորեց, ով ում կպավ, կամ նույնիսկ ինչ թեմա էր քննարկվում: Հարցն այն է, որ այս յոթ տարվա ընթացքում այս իշխանությունները հայոց ազգային հարցը դարձրել են Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանից երկու տուն կամ փող վերցնելը: Դա ի՞նչ հարց է՝ ազգային նպատա՞կ է: Ռուսաստանում եթե նման որևէ որոշում կայացվի դատարանով, ուղղակի մի նախադասությամբ կտեղեկացնեն ու վերջ»,-ասում է Կարապետյանը:

Հավելում է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ոչ մի հարցով չեն զբաղվում՝ ո՛չ ժողովրդով, ո՛չ կրթությամբ, ո՛չ սոցիալական հարցերով, ո՛չ առողջապահությամբ, ո՛չ անվտանգային հարցերով: Մյուս կողմից՝ մեր զրուցակիցը պարադոքս է համարում, որ Հայաստանում տասնապատիկ ավելացել է քրեական գործերի, ձերբակալությունների քանակը, բայց և տասն անգամ ավելացել են ծանր հանցագործությունները: Այս ի՞նչ են դարձրել մեր երկիրը՝ հռետորական հարց է տալիս պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարն ու նշում. «Մենք պետությունը կորցնում ենք ոչ այնքան արտաքին ազդեցությունից, այլ ներքին իրավիճակի, երկրի ղեկավարության պատճառով»:

Արշակ Կարապետյանը վիրավորական է համարում, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է ղեկավարում մեր երկիրը: «Ոչ ոք ոչ մի երկրում չի ընդունում Հայաստանի ղեկավարին: Վախկոտ, իր ու երկրի արժանապատվությունը չպահող ղեկավարին ո՞նց կարող են ընդունել: Ռուսաստանում բանատեղ չդրեցին, հիմա էլ գնացել է Ալբանիա, այնտեղ էլ բանատեղ չեն դնում: Ստիպված միջանցքներում սրան-նրան բարևում է, նկարում են ու գրում՝ հանդիպեցինք, քննարկեցինք: Ախր, ի՞նչ ես քննարկել, ոտքի վրա, միջանցքներում հպանցիկ բարևելը ի՞նչ քննարկում է: Կրկնում եմ՝ մենք ենք մեր երկիրը քանդում՝ ունենալով այդպիսի ղեկավար»,-ասում է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդը:
