Մայիսի 12-15-ը ՆԳ նախարարության պատվիրակությունը, ոստիկանության պետ-ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ, մասնակցել է Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններում անցկացված 4-րդ Ոստիկանական համաշխարհային գագաթաժողովին:

ԱՄԷ կատարած այցի շրջանակում հայկական պատվիրակությունը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել հյուրընկալող կողմի ու գործընկեր այլ երկրների ոստիկանությունների ղեկավար կազմի հետ:

Մայիսի 13-ին Արամ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մասնակցել է գագաթաժողովի բացման արարողությանը, այնուհետև՝ «Տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության ամրապնդում» և «Միջգերատեսչական վստահություն և տեղեկատվության փոխանակում» թեմաներով գլոբալ հարթակներին։

Հայկական պատվիրակությունը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Իտալիայի Հանրապետության Կարաբիներների կորպուսի գլխավոր հրամանատար, գեներալ Սալվատորե Լունգոյի և այլ պաշտոնատար անձանց հետ։

Քննարկվել են առկա մարտահրավերները և երկկողմ համագործակցությունը առավել խորացնելու հեռանկարները։

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել իրականացնելու փոխադարձ ուսումնական այցեր, ինչպես նաև իրականացնել ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության գվարդիայի ծառայողների վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ Իտալիայի Հանրապետության կարաբիներների ստորաբաժանումներում։

Եռօրյա այցի շրջանակներում պատվիրակությունը ներկա է եղել նաև շուրջ 130 երկրի անվտանգության և ոստիկանության ոլորտին վերաբերող առաջատար կազմակերպությունների ներկայացրած ապրանքատեսակների ցուցահանդեսին՝ հավաքագրելով հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող տեղեկատվությունը։

Հայկական պատվիրակությունըմասնակցել է նաև «Համաշխարհային թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառություն», «Կիբերհանցագործության դեմ պայքարը սահմաններից դուրս» և «Գլոբալ միջոցառումների ժամանակ հասարակական կարգի կառավարում» թեմաներով անցկացվող աշխատաժողովներին և կոնֆերանսին։

Պատվիրակությունը մայիսի 15-ին մասնակցել է «Իրավապահ մարմինների առաջնորդություն» վերտառությամբ կոնֆերանսին, որից հետո երկկողմ հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել Դուբայի ոստիկանության պետ Աբդուլլա Խալիֆ Ալ Մառիի հետ։ Կողմերը քննարկել են համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը վերաբերող, ինչպես նաև երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցեր։

Այցի շրջանակում դրվել են ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության արտաքին համագործակցության ընդլայնման, ռազմավարական համագործակցության ամրապնդման, տեղեկատվության փոխանակման և ուսումնական փոխայցերի կազմակերպման նոր հիմքեր։
