Ադրբեջանական SOCAR-ը փորձում է ևս մեկ գործարան գնել Իտալիայում

Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերությունը (SOCAR) ծրագրում է մայիսին հայտ ներկայացնել միջազգային մրցույթի համար՝ իտալական ազդեցիկ Brachetti Peretti ընտանիքից նավթավերամշակող Italiana Petroli (IP) Group ընկերությունը գնելու համար։

IP Group-ը, որն ունի ավելի քան 90 տարվա պատմություն, Անկոնայում ունի նավթավերամշակման գործարան (հիմնականում բիտումի արտադրություն), SARPOM նավթավերամշակման գործարանը Տրեկատայում (վառելիքի արտադրություն), ինչպես նաև կապեր ունի Ռավեննայի Ալմա նավթավերամշակման գործարանի հետ: Այս օբյեկտներում նավթի վերամշակման ընդհանուր հզորությունը կազմում է օրական 200 հազար բարել։
IP Group-ին է պատկանում նաև ավելի քան 4 հազար բենզալցակայան Իտալիայում։
«Մրցակցությունը շատ լուրջ է, քանի որ SOCAR-ի մրցակիցները մի քանի խոշոր համաշխարհային ընկերություններ են, այդ թվում՝ Glencore-ը և Gunvor-ը: Դժվար է գնահատել ադրբեջանական կողմի շանսերը: Հաղթողը կլինի նա, ով կներկայացնի ամենաբարձր գինն ու լավագույն պայմանները»,- նշել է լրատվամիջոցի աղբյուրը։
Նշենք, որ Իտալիան ադրբեջանական նավթի ամենախոշոր գնորդն է (ամսական միջինը մոտ 1 մլն տոննա գնելով)։
Ժամանակին ռուսական LUKOIL ընկերությունը SOCAR-ին առաջարկել է գնել Սիցիլիայում գտնվող ISAB նավթավերամշակման գործարանը՝ օրական 320 հազար բարել հզորությամբ։ Բայց մրցույթի արդյունքում այս գործարանը 2023 թվականին ձեռք է բերվել առևտրային ընկերությունների կոնսորցիումի կողմից։
