Այսօր հրապարակված հարցազրույցում ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը կրկին անդրադարձավ անցյալին։ Սակայն այն անցյալին, որի գլխավոր դերակատարներից մեկն ինքն է եղել, նա ընտրեց նայել այդ անցյալին մի անկյան տակ, որը ցավոք ավելի շատ ձեռնտու է գործող ռեժիմի շահերին, քան պատմական ճշգրտությանը։
 
Հնչեց տեսակետ, թե իբր Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը ժամանակին «փոքր ուժ էր», որի փոխարեն կարող էր լինել ցանկացած այլ։ Դա ոչ միայն արժեզրկում է մի ողջ քաղաքական շարժում, այլև փաստացի անտեսում է այն իրականությունը, որտեղ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը՝ որպես պետության ղեկավար, հենվում էր հենց Հանրապետական կուսակցության ինստիտուցիոնալ հիմքերի վրա։
 
Հիշեցնեմ՝ 1998 թվականին հենց Հանրապետական կուսակցությունն էր, որ ամբողջությամբ աջակցեց Քոչարյանի առաջադրմանը։ Այդ աջակցությունն ապահովեց ոչ միայն նախագահության լեգիտիմությունը, այլև՝ կայունություն, կառավարելիություն և ազգային համախմբվածություն։ Այդ ուժն էր քարոզում, պաշտպանում և պահում այն համակարգը, որի ղեկին կանգնած էր Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։
 
Այսօր, երբ Հայաստանը կանգնած է պատմական լրջության մարտահրավերների առջև, առավել քան երբևէ կարևոր է հիշեցնել, թե ովքեր են եղել իրական պատասխանատվություն կրողներն ու քաղաքական պետականակենտրոն դերակատարները։ Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը երբեք չի սահմանափակվել ընտրական փուլերով կամ պաշտոնական արարողություններով։ Այն եղել է և կա համակարգային ուժ, որի կառավարման մշակույթն ու քաղաքական մտածողությունը ձևավորել են պետականության շարունակականություն։
 
Եվ այսօր, երբ Հայաստանը կանգնած է լրջագույն ազգային սպառնալիքների առջև, մենք պարտավոր ենք անկեղծ լինել։ Եթե 2021-ին ազգային ուժերը չխաբվեին ու չմասնակցեին կապիտուլյանտի կազմակերպած կեղծ "ժողովրդավարական" ընտրություններին՝ այսօր Արցախի հարցը կարող էր գտնվել բոլորովին այլ հարթության մեջ։ Այսօր էլ պետք է արվի ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի դավաճանն ընտրությունների չհասնի։ Իմպիչմենտը այլևս օրակարգային պահանջ է՝ ուզեք դա, թե չուզեք։
 
Այս ֆոնին անցյալի թիմակիցների դերը լռությամբ շրջանցելը պարզապես անպատշաճ է։ ՀՀ 3-րդ Նախագահ, ՀՀԿ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, ինչպես նաև Հանրապետական կուսակցության լուսահոգի առաջնորդներ՝ Աշոտ Նավասարդյանը, Վազգեն Սարգսյանը, Անդրանիկ Մարգարյանը եղել են լիարժեք գործընկերներ՝ պատասխանատու, հստակ դիրքորոշումներով և պետության հանդեպ հավատարմությամբ։ Նրանք կրել են նույնչափ պատասխանատվություն, կիսել են նույն հաղթանակները և երբեք չեն հանդգնել սեփական դերը առանձնացնել թիմից:
 
Եվ վերջապես, նավի վրա որոշումները ընդունում է կապիտանը։ Իսկ եթե նավը գնացել է մի ուղղությամբ, որի համար այսօր քննադատվում են անձնակազմի անդամները, ապա ճիշտ կլինի սկսելը քննադատելուց առաջ ներողություն խնդրել՝ նավը սխալ երթուղով տանելու և առաջնորդելու համար։
 
Պատմությունը կերտում են մարդիկ։ Բայց պատմության վրա սեփական հեղինակային իրավունք ձևակերպել, իմ համեստ կարծիքով չի կարելի։ Հատկապես, երբ այդ պատմությունը կերտվել է՝ թիմով, գաղափարով, պետության և ԸՆԴՀԱՆՈՒՐ գործի հանդեպ հավատարմությամբ։
