Ակտիվիստին ծեծած թաղապետը 20 օր անց հրաժարական տվեց

Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանում մեկ տասնյակ անձանց հետ միասին ընդդիմադիր ակտիվիստին դաժան ծեծի ենթարկած վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Տիգրան Տեր-Մարգարյանը 20 օր անց միայն բարեհաճել է դադարեցնել իր լիազորությունները։ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած գործակարգավարական նիստի ընթացքում Մարգարյանը կրակոտ մի ելույթ է ունեցել, հայտարարելով, որ դադարեցնում է իր լիազորությունները, իբր՝ մանիպուլյացիաներին չնպաստելո՛ւ համար, խոստացել 2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում մասնակցել, իր բառերով, ԱԺ մանդատագողերի քաղաքական վախճանին։
Դեռևս օրեր առաջ գրել էինք, որ Տեր-Մարգարյանը հրաժարական է ներկայացնելու, իսկ նրա փոխարեն արդեն «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունը թեկնածու ունի, կուսակցության և ԵԿՄ անդամ Մարատ Սևոյանն է Վարդենիսից։ Վերջինիս անցած շաբաթ նշանակել էին Տիգրան Տեր-Մարգարյանի տեղակալ և, մեր տեղեկություններով, Երևանի քաղաքապետը հենց Սևոյանին էլ նշանակելու է Նոր Նորքի թաղապետի պաշտոնում։ Այս կերպ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունը, պահպանելով վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը, միևնույն ժամանակ փորձում է սիրաշահել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին»։
Թեպետ ավելի վաղ կուսակցությունից պնդել էին, թե Տեր Մարգարյանը հրաժարական չի ներկայացնելու, բայց խորհրդարանում Փաշինյանին բավականին նեղն էին գցել այս հարցով, ինչից հետո նա կոշտ խոսակցություն էր ունեցել «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության ղեկավարի հետ, պնդելով, որ Տեր-Մարգարյանն իր արարքից հետո պարտավոր է հրաժարական ներկայացնել։
Տեր-Մարգարյանը գործող իշխանության կազմում միակը չէ, որ ազատություն է տալիս բռունցքներին, նույնիսկ խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակ Հակոբ Արշակյանը դեռ նախարար եղած ժամանակ սրճարաններից մեկում հարձակվել էր լրագրողների վրա, դրանից հետո հրաժարական ներկայացրել, ապա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին պատգամավոր ու ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ էր դարձել։
Ծեծն այս իշխանության սրտով է և առնվազն վստահաբար կարելի է պնդել, որ Տեր-Մարգարյանին նույնիսկ ավելի վաղ ինչ-որ այլ պաշտոնի կնշանակեն՝ խրախուսելով նրա ապօրինի գործողությունները։
