Ինչպես հաղորդում է APA-ն, այս մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական և նախագահի աշխատակազմի արտաքին քաղաքականության բաժնի ղեկավար Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը։

«Տարածաշրջանում ստեղծվել են խաղաղության համար շատ բարենպաստ պայմաններ։ Պաշտոնական Բաքուն հայկական կողմին է ներկայացրել Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման վերաբերյալ խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստը։ Սա հստակ ցույց է տալիս, թե որքանով է Ադրբեջանը հավատարիմ տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության օրակարգին և որքանով է աջակցում դրան։ Դրականն այն է, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստը համաձայնեցված է։ Այնուամենայնիվ, դեռևս կան բաց հարցեր, որոնք չեն համաձայնեցվել Հայաստանի հետ։ Որպեսզի մենք տարածաշրջանում հասնենք կայուն, վերջնական խաղաղության, Հայաստանի տարածքային պահանջները Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ պետք է դադարեցվեն սահմանադրական հիմունքներով։ Բայց մենք կարող ենք գոհունակությամբ ասել, որ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի անկախությունից ի վեր տարածաշրջանում ստեղծվել են խաղաղության համար բարենպաստ պայմաններ։ Այսօր տարածաշրջանում իսկապես խաղաղություն և կայունություն է տիրում։ Դե ֆակտո, կարելի է ասել, որ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն է տիրում։ Ադրբեջանը կշարունակի ջանքեր գործադրել, որպեսզի դա իրավականորեն ձևակերպվի, որպեսզի տարածաշրջանում վերջնական խաղաղություն հաստատվի»,– ասել է նա։
