Այսօր՝ մայիսի 17-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության 9-11 ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Վանաձոր քաղաքի Գրիգոր Լուսավորչի փողոցի շենքերից մեկի շքամուտքում ծուխ է նկատվում։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր է ժամանել Վանաձորի թիվ 2 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից՝ 2 մարտական հաշվարկ՝ ջոկատի հրամանատարի տեղակալներ Վլադիմիր Դաղբաշյանի և Արեն Փիլոյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Աշխատանքները տեղում ղեկավարել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Փրկարար ծառայության Լոռու մարզային փրկարարական վարչության պետ Սերոբ Գաբրիելյանը։
Պարզվել է, որ Գրիգոր Լուսավորչի փողոցի շենքերից մեկի առաջին և երկրորդ հարկերի միջակայքում էլեկտրական հաշվիչների վահանակում հրդեհ է բռնկվել։ Հրշեջ փրկարարները նախ կանխել են հրդեհի տարածումը, ապա մարել այն։ Այրվել է առաջին և երկրորդ հարկերի միջակայքում գտնվող էլեկտրական հաշվիչների վահանակը (15 հաշվիչ)։
Փրկարարները շենքից տարհանել են 15 բնակչի, որոնցից Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 41-ամյա Գայանե Խ․-ն տեղափոխվել է «Վանաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոն։ Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 4-րդ դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Կարեն Կուրեղյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Հրաչ Ամիրխանյանի և դասակի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Չոբանյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի պարեկներ Մհեր Մեջլումյանը և Էդուարդ Բարսեղյանը։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Տարոնի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ համայնքային ոստիկան Դավիթ Արամյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
SHAMSHYAN.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում բնակիչները ասում էին․ «Էս հոսանքի, էս բակի ու տանիքի համար մի քանի անգամ դիմել ենք Վանաձորի քաղաքապետարան, բայց ոչ մի արձագանք։ Եթե բնակիչներից մեկը ուշադիր չլիներ էս դեպքը ավելի վատ ավարտ էր ունենալու։ Վախեցած ժողովուրդ ենք, մի բան կարելի է շտկել վերջապես, որ ի օգուտ էս շենքի բնակչի լինի, թե մի անձրևաջրերը այնքան էլ լցվելու շենք, որ փլուզում լինի»։
