Ադրբեջանը նոր պահանջ է առաջ քաշում Հայաստանին

Մինչ Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Տիրանայում փորձում էր ապարդյուն կերպով արժանանալ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների ջերմ վերաբերմունքին, պաշտոնական Բաքուն կրկին նոր պահանջ է առաջ քաշում։ Հիշեցնենք, Տիրանայում Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի 6-րդ գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում Փաշինյանը պատասխանել էր Ադրբեջանի հանրային հեռուստատեսության թղթակից ներկայացած լրագրողի հարցերին, ներկայացնելով պաշտոնական Երևանի հայտնի դիրքորոշումները ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխության հնարավորության և Ադրբեջանի հետ համաձայնեցված խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ։

Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ ԵԱՀԿ դիմումը Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման հարցով պետք է խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման հետ միաժամանակ կնքվի։ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունում չկան տարածքային պահանջներ որևէ հարևանի նկատմամբ և խաղաղության պայմանագրի երկրի հիմնական օրենքին համապատասխանության հարցը կարող է որոշել միայն տվյալ երկրի Սահմանադրական դատարանը պայմանագրի ստորագրումից հետո։

Բաքուն վերստին պնդում է, որ Հայաստանը պետք է փոխի իր Սահմանադրությունը, ավելին, Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանի վարչապետը կրկին փորձում է մոլորեցնել միջազգային հանրությանը։ «Նույնիսկ զինանշանը, որ հիշատակվում է Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության 21-րդ հոդվածում, արտացոլում է հարևանների նկատմամբ Հայաստանի տարածքային պահանջները»,- ասել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը։

Փաստացի պայմանագրի համաձայնեցումից հետո առաջ քաշած երկու նոր պայմաններին Ադրբեջանն ավելացնում է 3-րդ-ը՝ Հայաստանի զինանշանի փոփոխումը կամ էլ Արարատ լեռը դրա վրայից հանելը։ Այս պահանջը, հիշեցնենք, Թուրքիայինն է և Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչի շուրթերով այն բարձրաձայնելը վկայում է, որ Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը գործում են մեկ գծի մեջ, և Հայաստանի նկատմամբ պահանջներն էլ համապատասխանաբար ձևավորում են համատեղ։

Ադրբեջանը գնալով ավելի է լկտիանում և նորանոր պահանջներ է ներկայացնում Հայաստանին, իսկ գործող իշխանությունները ոչ միայն չեն պատասխանում, այլև սողում են թշնամու առջև։
