Խաշթառակ գյուղում մանկահասակ երեխաների նկատմամբ մոր և պապի կողմից բռնության գործադրման վերաբերյալ քրեական գործը 2023թ․ ապրիլից քննվում է Տավուշի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում։ Հիշեցնենք՝ 2020թ․ օգոստոսին դաժան ծեծի հետևանքով Տավուշի մարզի Խաշթառակ գյուղից Երևանի հիվանդանոցներ տեղափոխվեցին 1-9 տարեկան 7 երեխաներ։ Պարզվեց, որ երեխաներին ֆիզիկական բռնության են ենթարկել նրանց պապը՝ Խաշթառակի բնակիչ Սամվել Հակոբջանյանը և նրա դուստրը՝ Մարիաննա Հակոբջանյանը։ Այս մասին գրում է «Հետքը»։
Ս․ Հակոբջանյանի որդու՝ Անուշավանի 6 և 4 տարեկան որդիներին տեղափոխեցին «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոն, դստեր՝ Մ․ Հակոբջանյանի 5 անչահաս երեխաներին տեղափոխեցին «Մուրացան» համալսարանական հիվանդանոց։ Վեցամյա Սերգեյ Հակոբջանյանը, այդպես էլ գիտակցության չգալով, օգոստոսի 25-ին մահացավ «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոնում (ԲԿ)։
Սամվել Հակոբջանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, որ նա 2020թ․-ի օգոստոսի 16-ին, իր հանգիստը խանգարելու պատճառով ձեռքով հարվածել էր անչափահաս թոռան՝ վեցամյա Սերգեյ Հակոբջանյանի դեմքին։ Վերջինս վայր էր ընկել ննջասենյակի հատակին, գլխով հարվածել բազմոցի ոտնակին, որն էլ անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել էր Սերգեյ Հակոբջանյանի մահը։ 2020թ․ օգոստոսի 25-ին, ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից անգիտակից վիճակում, երեխան տեղափոխվել էր Երևան և մահացել «Սուրբ Աստվածավայր» ԲԿ-ում:
Բացի այդ, Սամվել Հակոբջանյանը նույն օրը երեկոյան Խաշթառակի իր տան բակում, իր վրա անվադող նետելու համար փայտով մի քանի անգամ հարվածել էր դստեր անչափահաս որդու՝ 2016թ․-ին ծնված Նաիրի Ղալումյանի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, ապա վեր բարձրացրել նրան և գցել հատակին՝ երեխայի առողջությանը պատճառելով միջին ծանրության վնաս։
Հետաքրքրականն այն է, որ մոտ 5 տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցած այս ողբերգական դեպքի քննությունը, չնայած հանրային լայն հնչեղությանը, իրավապահ մարմինները չէին շտապում ավարտել։ Չի շտապում նաև դատարանը։
7 քննիչի ձեռքով անցած նախաքննությունն ավարտվեց երկուսուկես տարում։ 2023թ․-ի մարտին քրեական գործն ուղարկվեց դատարան և դատավոր Սամվել Մարդանյանին մակագրվելուց մեկ շաբաթ հետո դատական նիստ նշանակվեց։ Ենթադրվում էր, որ դատաքննությունն արագ տեղի կունենա, քանի որ քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում նշանակվել են բազմաթիվ՝ դատաբժշկական, դատահոգեբանական և դատահոգեբուժական համալիր փորձաքննություններ։ Դատարանում նոր փորձաքննություններ նշանակելու հարց չի ծագել։
