46 մենթոր դպրոցներում մեկնարկել է «Նորարար ուսուցիչ՝ հզոր պետություն» խորագրով ուսուցչական համաժողովի մարզային փուլը

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի տեղակալ Արաքսիա Սվաջյանն այսօր Երևանի թիվ 16 ավագ դպրոցում մասնակցել է «Նորարար ուսուցիչ՝ հզոր պետություն» խորագրով ուսուցչական համաժողովի մարզային փուլի մեկնարկին։ Համաժողովն անցկացվել է միաժամանակ ՀՀ 46 մենթոր դպրոցներում։
ԿԳՄՍՆ–ից NEWS.am–ին հայտնում են, որ Համաժողովի նպատակը մասնակիցների փորձի փոխանակումն է կրթության ապագայի ամենակարևոր մարտահրավերների ուղղությամբ՝ նորարարության, համագործակցության և բարելավմանը միտված փոփոխությունների շեշտադրմամբ։
«Ուսուցչական համաժողովների առանցքում կարմիր թելով մշտապես պահում ենք կրթության ազդեցությունը պետականության, մեր երկրի հզորացման գործում. դա անհերքելի է: Որքան ուժեղ և արդյունավետ կրթություն ունենանք, այնքան մեր երկիրը հզորանալու է: Այս հարթակը շատ կարևոր է, քանի որ ստեղծում է հնարավորություն՝ կիսվելու ուսումնական տարվա ընթացքում դպրոցներում իրականացված ծավալուն աշխատանքների արդյունքում կուտակած փորձով և նորարարական գաղափարներով: Հուսով եմ՝ համաժողովի շրջանակում նախատեսվող զեկույցները քննարկումների առիթ կդառնան, կօգնեն հասկանալ, թե ինչ ընդհանրական խնդիրների եք բախվել և ինչ հաջողություններ եք արձանագրել: Ակնհայտ է՝ դպրոցները հիմա ավելի մեծ աշխատանք են իրականացնում, քան առաջ: Չափորոշչի ներդրումն իր հետ բերում է գործընթացներ, որոնք լրացուցիչ ջանք, ժամանակ և աշխատանք, ինչպես նաև նոր փորձ են ենթադրում, մասնավորապես՝ նախագծային աշխատանքների առումով»,- ասել է Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը:
«Նորարար ուսուցիչ՝ հզոր պետություն» խորագրով ուսուցչական համաժողովի հանրապետական ամփոփիչ աշխատաժողովը տեղի կունենա մայիսի 31-ին: Ի թիվս այլ միջոցառումների՝ կանցկացվեն նաև պանելային քննարկումներ ոլորտային փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ: Նախարարի տեղակալի փոխանցմամբ՝ մարզային փուլերից կընտրվեն որոշ զեկույցներ և կներկայացվեն հանրապետական փուլում:
«Վստահ եմ՝ այն ցանցային համագործակցությունը, որ ստեղծվում է մենթոր դպրոցների հետ աշխատանքի շրջանակում, ձեզ օգնում է ինչպես չափորոշչի ներդրման ընդհանրական աշխատանքների շուրջ համագործակցություն ձևավորել, այնպես էլ ոլորտային առանձին առարկայախմբերով աշխատանքներն իրականացնելիս և խնդիրների բախվելիս լուծումներ գտնել»,- ասել է Արաքսիա Սվաջյանն ու արդյունավետ քննարկում մաղթել աշխատաժողովի մասնակիցներին:
Համաժողովի ուղղություններն են՝ նորարարական ուսուցման մեթոդներ՝ թվային գործիքների և արհեստական բանականության օգտագործումը ուսուցման գործընթացում, խաղային մեթոդների ներդրումը, միջառարկայական կապեր՝ նորարարական մոտեցումներ դասավանդման գործընթացում, սոցիալ-հուզական զարգացում ուսումնառության գործընթացում, գնահատման նոր մոտեցումների կիրառում, ստեղծագործական և քննադատական մտածողության զարգացում ուսուցման գործընթացում։
