«Գիտեք՝ մենք Բաքվի հետ հարաբերությունները կառուցում ենք 2022 թվականի փետրվարին բարձր մակարդակով ստորագրված Դաշնակցային համագործակցության հռչակագրի հիման վրա։ Մեր կողմը տրամադրված է հետևողականորեն իրագործել այս երկկողմ հարաբերությունների համար առանցքային փաստաթղթի ամբողջ ներուժը, ինչպես նաև լուծել առաջացող բոլոր հարցերը՝ փոխշահավետ և փոխադարձ հարգանքի սկզբունքով», - նշել է նա։
Դիվանագետն ավելացրել է, որ Մոսկվան և Բաքուն անցկացնում են «բարձր մակարդակով մի շարք շփումներ՝ կառավարությունների և արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների միջև»։
