Մայիսի 6-ին ԵՄ ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող «Աջակցություն Հայաստանի արդարադատության ոլորտի բարեփոխումներին – Փուլ II» ծրագրի շրջանակում Հայաստանի դատական համակարգի պատվիրակությունը երկօրյա այցով Լատվիայի Հանրապետությունում էր՝ ուսումնասիրելու դատարանների կառավարման և արդիականացման լավագույն փորձը։  Այս մասին հայտնում են դատական իշխանությունից։

«Ճանաչողական այցի հիմքում  լավագույն փորձի փոխանակումն էր, նպատակը՝  դատական համակարգի կարողությունների կատարելագործումը դատարանների արդյունավետ կառավարման և դատական համակարգի բարեփոխումների իրականացման համատեքստում։ Պատվիրակությունը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել  Լատվիայի արդարադատության խորհրդի, Ռիգայի մարզային դատարանի և Յուրմալայի դատարանի դատավորների հետ։

Գործընկերների հետ հիմնականում քննարկվել են  գործերի բաշխման և դատարանների կառավարման արդյունավետ համակարգերը։ Այցի շրջանակում պատվիրակությունը ծանոթացել է  դատական հաստատություններին՝ ամբողջացնելով  Լատվիայի դատական համակարգի գործունեության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը։

Այցի ընթացքում պատվիրակությունը հանդիպել է նաև  Լատվիայի դատարանների ադմինիստրացիայի, Դատական խորհրդի քարտուղարության եւ Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

Լատվիացի գործընկերները ներկայացրել են  դատարանների արդյունավետ կառավարման համակարգերը, կատարողականի ցուցիչների և գործերի ծանրաբեռնվածության գնահատման մեթոդների կիրառումը, թվայնացման գործընթացները՝ ներառյալ էլեկտրոնային գործերի համակարգը, արհեստական բանականության կիրառումը, վիճակագրական վերլուծության միջոցով տվյալների վրա հիմնված որոշումների կայացումը, հանրության և լրատվամիջոցների հետ հաղորդակցության ռազմավարությունները»,–ասված է հաղորագրության մեջ:
