Մայիսի 9-ին Եռաբլուրում լրագրողները չափազանց տհաճ հարցեր էին տալիս «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» պատգամավորներին, ներկայացուցիչների և այլ պաշտոնյաների։ Նման իրավիճակում հայտնվել էր նաև «Երկրապահ» կամավորականների միության նախագահ Սասուն Միքայելյանը, ով լրագրողների հարցին ի պատասխան հայտարարել էր, թե այսօր էլ պիտի կարողանան համախմբվել այնպես, ինչպես 90-ականներին համախմբեց Վազգեն Սարգսյանը։ Հարցին, թե արդյոք Արցախը կորցնելուց հետո այսօր էլ մեզ համար ճակատագրական պահ չէ՞, Սասուն Միքայելյանը պարզապես զայրացավ։ «Արցախն ով կորցրել է՝ իրեն հարցրու։ Ես եղել եմ դաշտային հրամանատար 90-ական թվականներից, մինչև այսօր էլ ես իմ գործն եմ անում, Արցախը ով է կորցրել, գնա իրեն ասա։ Ես էդ տականքներից զզվում եմ»։ Դիտարկմանը, թե Փաշինյանի ժամանակահատվածում կորցրինք Արցախը՝ Միքայելյանը արձագանքել է. «Հերիք ա, հերիք ա, մենք պիտի համախմբվենք, մենք պրոբլեմների մեջ ենք ազգովի։ Մի քանդեք ամեն ինչ, առանց էդ էլ քարուքանդ եղած է։ Համախմբվեք»։

Անուններ Սասուն Միքայելյանն, իհարկե չի հնչեցրել, բայց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրում» կարծում են, թե կուսակցության վարչության անդամը հենց իրենց ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին էլ նկատի ունի, համարում են, որ Միքայելյանը իր սովորության համաձայն առիթ է փնտրում նորից ճամբարափոխ լինելու կամ էլ թռնելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վրայից ու խուսափելու Արցախը հանձնելու համար պատասխանատվությունից։ Միքայելյանի այս հայտարարությունները համապատասխան մեկնաբանություններով հասել են նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, առաջիկայում նույնիսկ վարչության նիստ են անելու, որտեղ Սասուն Միքայելյանից հարցնելու են, թե ո՞ւմ էր ակնարկում և ի՞նչ էր ասում ԵԿՄ նախագահը։ Որ Միքայելյանը խնդիրներ ունի ՔՊ-ի հետ, հայտնի է շատ վաղուց, նա նույնիսկ 2021 թվականի ընտրական ցուցակում ընդգրկված չէր, և այժմ էլ, թեպետ շարունակում է օգտվել իշխանության բարիքներից, առնվազն Կոտայքի մարզի մի հատվածում իրեն բդեշխ է զգում, բայց և չի ցանկանում պատասխանատվություն վերցնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի արածների համար։
