Արևային մարտկոցներն արդեն հինը չեն լինի. կորեացի գիտնականները հասել են ավելի քան 23 % արդյունավետության

Կորեայի էներգետիկ հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի (KIER) գիտնականները հայտարարել են, որ իրենց նոր տանդեմ արևային մարտկոցը հասել է ռեկորդային արդյունավետության՝ 23,64 %-ի: Նոր մարտկոցը բաղկացած է պերովսկիտի վերին շերտից և պղնձի, ինդիումի, գալիումի և դիզելենիդի (CIGS) ստորին շերտից։ Այս մասին գրել է interestengineering.com-ը, գրում է focus.ua–ն։
KIER–ի տեխնոլոգիան արևային վահանակները դարձնում է թեթև, ճկուն և տանդեմ, այսինքն «կրկնակի»: Գիտնականները պոլիամիդի շերտ են դրել պերովսկիտ-CIGS տանդեմ արևային մարտկոցի ապակե հիմքի վրա, այնուհետև այն պոկել ապակուց:
Հետազոտողներն ասում են, որ ռեկորդը ձեռք է բերվել «բարձրացման» նորարարական գործընթացի միջոցով, որը ներառում է կոշտ ապակին որպես արևային մարտկոցի ժամանակավոր հիմք օգտագործելը, որին ավելացվում է պոլիամիդի (ճկուն պլաստիկ) շերտ: Այդ շերտի վերևում կառուցված են տանդեմ արևային բջիջներ, և վերջնական կերպով ստեղծված ճկուն արևային մարտկոցն առանձնացնում ապակուց:
Այս գործընթացը տարբերվում է այն ավելի ավանդական մեթոդներից, որոնց դեպքում ապավինում են պլաստիկին, այսինքն որպես հիմք սովորաբար օգտագործում են ճկուն պոլիիմիդային թաղանթ: Բայց բանն այն է, որ կոշտ ապակե ենթաշերտի օգտագործումն ապահովում է շերտերի միատեսակ նստեցում, ինչը հանգեցնում է արևային մարտկոցի աշխատանքի բարելավմանը և վերարտադրելիության բարձրացմանը:
Նշվել է, որ նոր մեթոդով հնարավոր է խուսափել ճկուն տարրերի հետ կապված խնդիրներից, ինչպիսիք են օրինակ կալիումի դիֆուզիան ապակե հիմքից դեպի լույս կլանող CIGS շերտը: Դա մեծ գլխացավանք է տանդեմ բջիջների արտադրողների համար, քանի որ դա հանգեցնում է CIGS կլանիչի թերությունների:
Տանդեմային արևային մարտկոցը ցույց է տվել գերազանց ճկունություն, երբ փորձարկվել է ստանդարտ լուսավորության պայմաններում: 100000 ճկման ցիկլեր անցնելուց հետո արևային մարտկոցները պահպանել են իրենց սկզբնական արդյունավետության 97,7 %-ը, նշել են KIER-ից: Բացի դա հզորության և քաշի հարաբերակցությունը մոտավորապես 10 անգամ ավելի բարձր է, քան տանդեմ պերովսկիտ-սիլիցիումային արևային բջիջների հարաբերակցությունը, ինչը նոր արտադրանքը շատ խոստումնալից է դարձնում գերթեթև արևային մոդուլներ պահանջող ծրագրերի համար:
Նոր արևային մարտկոցի արդյունավետությունը տպավորիչ է, բայց այն դեռ փոքր-ինչ ցածր է, քան վերջերս մշակված այլ տանդեմ սարքերինը: Օրինակներից է Թագավոր Աբդալլահի գիտության և տեխնոլոգիայի համալսարանի (KAUST) արևային մարտկոցը, որն ունի 33,2 % արդյունավետություն:
