«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մայիսի վերջին Մոսկվա են ժամանելու գլոբալ Հարավի և Արևելիք պետությունների ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք կմասնակցեն իրենց երկրներում անվտանգության հարցերը համակարգողների միջազգային հանդիպմանը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության անվտանգության խորհրդի աշխատակազմի մամուլի ծառայությունը:

Տեղեկացվում է, որ այդ միջոցառմանը մասնակցելու հրավեր է ուղարկվել Հարավի և Արևելքի պետությունների, ԱՊՀ-ի, ՀԱՊԿ-ի, ԵԱՏՄ-ի, Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների ներկայացուցիչներին, ինչպես նաև ավելի քան 20 միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներին:

Հասկանալի է, որ հրավեր ուղարկվել է նաև Հայաստանի ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանին: Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, այս հանգամանքը լուրջ անհանգստություններ է առաջացրել Հայաստանի իշխանական թիմում: Բանն այն է, որ հաշվի առնելով բուն հանդիպման ֆորմատն ու թեման՝ ահռելի ճնշում կա Արևմուտքի ու մասնավորաբար Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կողմից, որ Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչը հանկարծ չմասնակցի: Այսինքն, մասնակցելը կարող է էական հետևանքներ ունենալ: Մյուս կողմից՝ հրաժարվելն էլ լավագույն լուծումը չէ և կարող է էլ ավելի ծանր հետևանքներ ունենալ՝ առավել ևս նկատի առնելով, որ Ռուսաստանն իր հերթին է կոշտացրել հռետորաբանությունը, ընդ որում՝ ոչ միայն հրապարակային դաշտում, այլև ներքին, կուլիսային շփումներում:

Ըստ այդմ, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն՝ ընդհանրապես, և Արմեն Գրիգորյանը մասնավորապես, նորից կանգնած են լրջագույն «դիլեմայի» առջև:
