ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու բաժին ընկնող պետական պարտքը գերազանցել է 4400 դոլարը

Էներգետիկ անվտանգության փորձագետ Վահե Դավթյանը գրում է․
2025 թ. ապրիլի 1-ի դրությամբ Հայաստանի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու բաժին ընկնող պետական պարտքը գերազանցել է 4400 ԱՄՆ դոլարը՝ նախորդ տարվա 4000-ի փոխարեն՝ արձանագրելով 10% աճ։
Մասնավորապես, արտաքին պարտքի հաշվին մեկ շնչի բաժին ընկնող բեռը կազմել է մոտ 2300 ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ 9,5% աճով, իսկ ներքին պարտքի բեռը՝ 2100 ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ 10,5% աճով։ Այս ամենը տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանի բնակչության տարեկան աճի դանդաղման ֆոնին։
Պարտքային բեռի նման աճը տեղի է ունենում առանց համարժեք սոցիալ-տնտեսական վերելքի։ Ընդհակառակը՝ այն վկայում է պետական ֆինանսական կառավարման մեջ քաղաքական կամքի պակասի ու արդյունավետության խնդրի մասին։ Նման պայմաններում հասարակության վրա ավելացող ֆինանսական ճնշումն ավելի շուտ խոսում է պարտքի քաղաքական նպատակով օգտագործման, քան իրական զարգացման մասին։
