Парламент Армении одобрил ряд законодательных поправок к действующим законам

На заседании Национального Собрания Армении 12 мая во втором и окончательном чтении депутаты одобрили ряд законодательных поправок к действующим законам.

В их числе:

пакет законопроектов о внесении дополнений в Гражданский кодекс и поправок в смежные законы,

пакет законопроектов «Об инспекционном контроле в сфере образования» и внесении поправок в смежные законы,

пакет законопроектов о внесении изменений и дополнений в закон «Об оценке функциональности личности» и поправок в смежные законы,

законопроект о внесении изменений и дополнений в закон «Об образовании»,

законопроект о внесении изменений и дополнений в Водный кодекс,

законопроект о внесении изменений в закон «Об экологической патрульной службе»,

законопроект о внесении изменений и дополнений в Кодекс об административных правонарушениях.

законопроект о внесении изменений в закон «Об оплате труда лиц, замещающих государственные должности и должности госслужащих».

Кроме того, парламентарии в первом чтении одобрили ряд других законопроектов. В их числе:

законопроект о внесении изменений в Кодекс об административных правонарушениях,

пакет законопроектов о внесении изменений и дополнений в закон «О защите экономической конкуренции» и поправок в смежные законы,

законопроект о внесении изменений в закон «О рекламе»,

пакет законопроектов о внесении изменений и дополнений в закон «Об охране и использовании недвижимых памятников истории и культуры и исторической среды» и поправок в смежные законы,

пакет законопроектов «Об организации культурных аукционов» и внесении поправок в смежные законы.
